SubscribeNot all camps and showcases are worth your money. In fact, most of them are not. There are usually very few college coaches at any given showcase this time of year and the events are put on to simply attract numbers, build a little brand recognition, and generate revenue. However, there are also a few diamonds in the rough. The annual Elite Camps held at the University of Indianapolis are absolutely one of the few events worth your time and money. There are REAL college coaches, even aside of the UIndy staff, working the event and even more in attendance to take in the action. On Saturday morning, I had boots on the ground once again to cover the second of five sessions throughout the weekend. Let’s take a look at some of the top performers.
Shooting ability is something that will never go out of style in the game of basketball.

is a truly ELITE shooter. He can make them from deep beyond the arc, make them off of the bounce, or catch-and-shoot. No matter how it happens you simply cannot give him space when he is in the game. That shooting prowess was on display Saturday morning at Session II of the UIndy Elite Camp.
Anytime you come across a 6’8″ forward that can flat out shoot the basketball it is going to grab your attention. That is what this prospect out of Bradley Central High School in Tennessee did on Saturday morning at the UIndy Elite Camp. Ary got hot from beyond the arc knocking in several catch-and-shoot three-pointers in one of the games that I was able to watch. Highly skilled stretch 4-man that looks like a very intriguing college prospect.
Highlights
Cleveland really stood out early on at Saturday morning’s UIndy Elite Camp with his soft hands and finishing ability around the basket. The 6’8″ forward moves pretty well for his size and can score it with either hand at the rim. He had a couple of tough catches while running the floor and finished them consistently. A big man to watch out of Normal Community High School in Illinois.
One of the more impressive Class of 2025 prospects at the event, this 6’4″ wing from Plainfield South High School in Illinois really stood out on Saturday morning. LeSure has good size on the perimeter to pair with his elite athleticism. He was consistently attacking the rim off of the dribble and finishing in a variety of ways. A name to remember.

Cam Myers

This 6’6″ wing really shot the ball well on Saturday morning at the University of Indianapolis Elite Camp. Myers has great length on the perimeter and showcased his well-rounded offensive skill throughout the event. He is one that college programs should definitely get to know out of Holy Cross High School in Kentucky.
Schultz was one of the most impressive big men in the gym on Saturday morning at the University of Indianapolis. The 6’7″ center was his typical self in terms of activity around the basket. He has a soft touch at the rim, rebounds the ball in his area at a high level, and continues to flash his improving mobility and footwork. The coaches in attendance were certainly taking notice.
Another really impressive prospect out of the state of Illinois, this 6’2″ guard really stood out at Session II of the University of Indianapolis Elite Camp. Welch showed some real burst off of the dribble getting by his man to attack downhill to the rim. At the end of his drives he was athletic, explosive, and finished with both hands. Very intriguing prospect from Naperville North High School.
As I said on Twitter during the event on Saturday morning, Mark White Mark White 6’2″ Ben Davis | 2024 IN is truly a two-way menace on the perimeter. The 6’3″ guard is strong and athletic off of the dribble that he is nearly impossible to stop when attacking closeouts and getting downhill to the rim. He is obviously very effective in transition as well. Then, on the defensive end, he has active hands and plays so hard that he is constantly taking the ball from his man.
