<p>With [player_tooltip player_id='1288893' first='Tanner' last='Michael'] transferring in from Independence, Olsen may split primary ball-handling and playmaking duties for the Pirates this season, which could knock his assist numbers down this year. But he's a really talented lead guard who sees the floor well and loves to get his teammates involved. He posted a 2.51 assist-to-turnover ratio as a junior and will be one of the key pieces for a Hudson team that will be among the best in 2A.</p>

<p><strong>2.) 2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1171662' first='Holden' last='Arnaman'] (West Branch) - 132</strong></p>

<p>A skilled offensive weapon who has good size at 6-2, Arnaman is one of the best scorers and playmakers in the state. He's coming off a great junior year in which he averaged 21.8 points and 5.7 assists a game, and followed it up with an excellent summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2075605' first='Kingdom' last='Hoops'] on the EYCL. He sees the floor really well, plays with pace, and is a creative and gifted passer. </p>

<p><strong>3.) 2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1951834' first='Colin' last='Meester'] (Dike-New Hartford) - 129</strong></p>

<p>Meester was really good as a sophomore for the Wolverines, averaging 13.3 points and 5.6 assists a game. Following the graduations of the top two scorers from last year's roster, he'll have the ball in his hands even more as a junior, running the show for DNH.</p>

<p><strong>4.) 2025 [player_tooltip player_id='2511580' first='Cameron' last='Gibson'] (Chariton) - 121</strong></p>

<p>Gibson plays alongside a big-time scoring threat in [player_tooltip player_id='1476980' first='Mason' last='Smith'], who helps him rack up the assists in bunches. He's also a good defensive player who averaged 2.5 steals a game as a sophomore for the Chargers. </p>

<p><strong>5.) 2024 [player_tooltip player_id='2325556' first='Trevor' last='Ciesielski'] (West Lyon) - 115</strong></p>

<p>One of two Wildcats on this list, Ciesielski is a gifted passer who sees the floor extremely well, using his size advantage at 6-1/6-2 to see over his defender and find open teammates. He's not a big scorer, averaging 7.5 points last season, but is highly efficient when he does look to put the ball in the bucket (56.1 FG%).</p>

<p><strong>6.) 2024 [player_tooltip player_id='2325439' first='Wyatt' last='Powell'] (MFL Mar Mac) - 113</strong></p>

<p>Powell split lead guard duties with [player_tooltip player_id='1381408' first='Zach' last='Driscoll'] last season, but Driscoll has since transferred to Decorah, leaving the ball in Powell's hands this year. He values possessions and does a good job getting his teammates involved and looking to push the tempo when he can, and he's also a menace on the defensive end, averaging 4.4 steals a game.</p>

<p><strong>7.) 2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1587394' first='Maddox' last='Hammerstrom'] (Panorama) - 113</strong></p>

<p>Hammerstrom is coming off a great junior season in which he led the Panthers in every major category, putting up 14.4 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 4.9 assists a game. He's a versatile offensive threat who can score from all three levels, and he's definitely the most dynamic playmaker on the roster. </p>

<p>Sorensen was one of the most productive freshmen in the state last season, averaging 15.1 points and 4.4 assists a game for the Knights. He's a small but quick guard who uses his speed to put constant pressure on the defense, and he loves to get his teammates involved.</p>

<p>A powerful 6-3 wing, Van Regenmorter was one of the best players at the 2A state tournament last season, using his unique blend of strength, mobility, and court vision to create a ton of high-quality opportunities for himself and his teammates. </p>

<p><strong>10.) 2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1759936' first='Carson' last='Hoogeveen'] (West Lyon) - 99</strong></p>

<p>Hoogeveen is a quick lead guard coming off a strong summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2076356' first='Arena' last='Basketball Club']'s 16U team that was very successful. He looks to push the tempo when he can and does a great job limiting turnovers, posting a 2.75 assist-to-turnover ratio as a sophomore. </p>
