Check Rock League: Week 2 SEPA Standouts

Season eight of the Check Rock League continued this week with games on Tuesday and Thursday night. This invitation only league features elite 2024 through 2027 prospects from all over the Delaware Valley taking the courts at the 76ers Fieldhouse (DE).   Below is a review of the prospects from southeastern Pennsylvania (and beyond) who impressed during Week 2 action at the 2023 Check Rock League.   Co-Players of the Week:   [player_tooltip player_id='1867330' first='Deacon' last='Baratta'] – 6'4” / 2025 / Phoenixville / [program_tooltip program_id='2078678' first='East' last='Coast Power'] / Wing: This week Baratta posted an insane 20 points and 22 rebounds double-double. He is a multi-skilled prospect with logo range on his jumper and a smooth mid-range stroke too. Baratta is an excellent distributor as well. At the other end of the court, Baratta rebounds well (obviously) and is an underrated shot blocker. His 24 points and 13 boards double-double was an extremely impressive effort. Johnson has really improved his offensive game and is now a 3-level scoring threat. Additionally, he does all the small things that college coaches love.
