Current Ranking: #10
Brown sits at the top of the PG/combo list in the 2024 class. He made the move from Peoria to Chicago powerhouse Simeon for his senior campaign. When we saw him in June he seemed to be finding his way meshing well with their two other quality guards. Brown is at his best scoring the basketball. He is a bucket getter that can score in bunches from all three levels. He had a big June with the Wolverines ‘ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”] and played at a very high level at Summer Challenge. Shooting it at his best clip from three, can stop and pop from 15 feet, and is an explosive driver. His overall floor game really took a huge step forward as well. Playmaking he made major strides as a distributor especially in the half court. Defense really improved as well with his quick hands and pressure defense.

(Homewood Flossmoor)
Current Ranking: #21
Cobb is a speedy guard that had an outstanding spring for Team Rose playing in several PHC events. During June he didn’t seem quite as nsync with his new team at HF. We are still huge fans of what this dynamic guard can do at the next level. Shifty ball handler that is best pushing in the open floor and getting to the rim where he is very adept at finishing with acrobatic conversions. Also has an excellent soft touch finishing package.
Isaiah Green

(Thornton)
Current Ranking: #22
Green is the third combo guard in a row here that will be playing at a new school this season going from Kenwood to Thornton. He looked solid with his new squad in June where he did a nice job setting up the five star big fella, creating for his shooters, and using his slithery ability to get downhill. You are buying the toughness and two way ability with Green as he is a good defender that can get under opponents skin with his intense pressure.

(Larkin)
Current Ranking: #26
Blakley let it rip in June where he is option #1, #2, and #3 on Larkin. Posted some monster scoring outputs throughout both high school live weekends. Dynamic scorer that can really shoot it from both two and three with a very good pull up game and displayed some creativity finishing at the cup. The shot making is the best skill here!

(Lake Park)
Current Ranking: #28
One of the more consistent performers throughout the spring and summer at any position was this Lake Park lead guard. Great running a team with his passing along with overall feel for the game. Slick ball handler that has a soft touch finishing game, scoop shots, and is a good pull up shooter.
Kelton McEwen

(Bartlett)
Current Ranking: #41
McEwen is a point guard that can really shoot it from deep. He had several games we saw in June with Bartlett where he went off on massive runs from deep shooting it from three at a very high clip.
