There will be a few here and there that might play as unsigned seniors but this group is talented and we can see 15+ kids in the class go D1. These players that made 1st Team played Spring and Summer. We pulled Synergy stats to compile some data for this list.
MVP
Jaxon Johnson Jaxon Johnson 6'8" | SF Alta | 2024 State #106 Nation UT || Alta High School || Utah Prospects Adidas 3SSB ||
The MVP came through on many occasion but none better that the Championship game of the 3SSB Circuit as he went off for four 3-pointers in a row. Although that is the last image you will have of Jaxon Johnson Jaxon Johnson 6'8" | SF Alta | 2024 State #106 Nation UT ‘s AAU career is holding up three fingers in the air knowing he put the nail in the coffin, he did so much all Spring and Summer. Jaxon continues to rise nationally and he is going to be a really good get for a college program.
1st Team All-AAU
Dutch Dowdell Dutch Dowdell 6'6" | SG Olympus | 2024 State #310 Nation UT || Olympus High School || Mountain Stars UAA ||
Dutch shot 44% from beyond the arc and put up some big time numbers. One of the deadliest deep ball threats in the country for sure. Dutch is heading to Harvard and that looks to be a smart move.
Brody Kozlowski Brody Kozlowski 6'8" | SF Corner Canyon | 2024 State #103 Nation UT || Corner Canyon High School || Utah Prospects Adidas 3SSB ||
One of the best two way players and rebounders in the country. Brody has size and strength that allows him to mix it up against bigs. He has the shooting ability that makes guards have to guard him and he is just a matchup problem. This kid has major upside and is being highly recruited.
Ace Reiser Ace Reiser 6'0" | PG Alta | 2024 State UT || Alta High School || Utah Gold 3SGB ||
Ace shot lights out from all over the floor and he averaged 24 PPG as his team likely played a tougher schedules than some circuit teams. Ace uses a barrage of moves to get loose but the kid is skilled.
Malick Diallo Malick Diallo 6'9" | C Wasatch Academy | 2024 State #131 Nation UT || Wasatch Academy || Utah Prospects Adidas 3SSB ||
Upside is crazy as he is starting to pop on all aspects of his game including his handle and his passing ability. Really good rim protector and a solid pick n’ roll option. His back to the basket game and footwork is elite.
Kyle Lemke Kyle Lemke 6'9" | C Dixie | 2024 State UT || Dixie High School || SUSA 3SGB ||
Kyle put up some unreal numbers as he averaged around 27 PPG and he shot a whooping 77% from the field and beat some elite D1 bigs in head to head battles.
2nd Team All-AAU
Zach Fisher Zach Fisher 6'7" | CG Davis | 2024 State UT || Davis High School || Utah Gold 3SGB ||
Zach has tapped into that all-around Swiss Army Knife role. With size and lateral movement he averaged around 15 PPG all Spring and Summer. He was rebounding and passing as well.
Hunter Schenck Hunter Schenck 6'2" | PG Weber | 2024 State UT || Weber High School || Mountain Stars UAA ||
Hunter shot over 40% from the field and was displaying his burst anytime he touched the ball either getting to the rim or shooting the ball from deep.
Owen Mackay Owen Mackay 6'5" | CG Snow Canyon | 2024 State UT || Snow Canyon High School || Utah Prospects Adidas 3SSB ||
One of those players that played himself into a D1 no brainer as he has the shooting ability and the athleticism to play the 2 at the next level. He was converting big time plays and playing above the rim. Big time AAU Season for sure.
Derelle Desire || Juan Diego Catholic || Salt Lake Rebels ||
A sleeper no more Derelle had himself one solid AAU season playing with the Salt Lake Rebels showcasing a little bit of his all-around skill. A lot of upside and potential still left for this kid.
Logan Weidauer Logan Weidauer 6'5" | SF Dixie | 2024 State UT || Dixie High School || SUSA 3SGB ||
Logan has arrived and he is here as a two-way player. Logan can lock up and slide his feet. He defended at a high level and he was also able to make some tough buckets all season long at the AAU level and he was a big piece in SUSA’s big run on the 3SGB Circuit.
