Le's start taking a look at what 6A has to offer when it comes to teams at the high school level. Let's get the narrative started as well. Let's take a look at the teams.

If we get things started in Region 1 there might be a toss up with a lot of these teams inserting new players into the mix. This region will be a competitive one and we are thinking that there will be no team that will go undefeated in Region play. Weber has been down the past few years even though they have talent but this year is the year of the Hunter and Weber has a good one in [player_tooltip player_id='1128939' first='Hunter' last='Schenck'] and look for him to be among the top scorers in the state. He will have some players looking to add to the scoring in [player_tooltip player_id='1548362' first='Malachi' last='Spencer']. Syracuse has a new head coach and if they can continue to build as they have Syracuse will be competitive. Tarik Hamblin will be one of the players with experience coming back. Stay tuned.

Davis might be one of the favorites along with Layton and Fremont but do not discount Farmington, they will be hungry. [player_tooltip player_id='1057024' first='Paul' last='Beattie'] might be a handful to deal with as will [player_tooltip player_id='1568150' first='Nick' last='Harris'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1853979' first='Jayden' last='Haskell'].

Davis has a duo that will be tough in [player_tooltip player_id='1272410' first='Coleman' last='Atwater'] and Ike Fisher. This outside and inside duo will be tough. Layton will have a duo themselves in Makai Martin and [player_tooltip player_id='1057041' first='KJ' last='Miller']. Fremont will have another Hunter in [player_tooltip player_id='1115931' first='Hunter' last='Hansen'] who is very talented and should be healthy and ready to roll.

We move on to Region 2 which is an upgraded version of Region 3 last year. Corner Canyon will move to a new region and they will have a target on their back for sure as they will be led by [player_tooltip player_id='1056969' first='Brody' last='Kozlowski'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1877115' first='Taylor' last='Feroah'] and a few new names and faces. Bingham will be tough as they are every year and they will be lead by [player_tooltip player_id='1146657' first='Jason' last='Peterson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1278436' first='Luke' last='West'] but look out for [player_tooltip player_id='1391448' first='Rykan' last='Meadows']. Copper Hills is building something new and they return a sharp PG in [player_tooltip player_id='1771527' first='Isaiah' last='Reiser'] who was solid his freshman year.

Herriman will be the team everyone is watching as their young core a few years ago are now seniors in [player_tooltip player_id='1115963' first='Ike' last='Palmer'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1384539' first='Malcom' last='Johnson']. Then you add [player_tooltip player_id='1369726' first='Cale' last='Barclay'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1278442' first='Carlo' last='Mulford'], this team is tough on paper. Riverton will be scrappy and have some height to battle anyone. [player_tooltip player_id='1115949' first='Kaden' last='Allred'] and Zach Edward will have a team loaded with hard playing guards.

Mountain Ridge could turn the corner this year and they will need a lot from [player_tooltip player_id='1406205' first='Spencer' last='Krainich'], this kid can go.

American Fork will be tuff-tuff as they have a little bit of everything and they will have depth once again. [player_tooltip player_id='1057050' first='Tiger' last='Cuff'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1538434' first='Blake' last='Rawson'] have had a big time Spring and Summer and look to hit the ground running during the high school season. Lone Peak has a duo that will be a nice combo in [player_tooltip player_id='1146666' first='Chamberlain' last='Burgess'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1146663' first='Ike' last='Staley']. Ike can shoot the ball and he is more athletic than he gets credit. Chamberlain is starting to really pop as his game is taking the next step in his development.

Lehi is the new kid on the block but [player_tooltip player_id='1057037' first='Cooper' last='Lewis'], [player_tooltip player_id='1164729' first='Easton' last='Hawkins'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1168376' first='Grayson' last='Brousseau'] will be able to compete.

Pleasant Grove will be somewhat of a mystery but they usually have a solid squad. Looking forward to what they have coming back. Westlake on the other hand has some good young players and they should see the floor but you never know what Westlake will do. [player_tooltip player_id='1571770' first='Symon' last='Sua'] is good!
