The reigning league MVP enters the season as the highest profile prospect, unless Akai Fleming Akai Fleming 6’4″ | SG Osborne | 2025 State #44 Nation GA suits up with Osborne. Abernathy torched the league a year ago even while dealing with an injury, posting 25.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 2 blocks per game. Jax is one of the state’s most efficient scorers. He holds offers from Alabama Huntsville, Lee and Trevecca. Abernathy is inching closer and closer to his first D-I offer. His productivity cannot be denied.
Carrollton’s trip to the Elite Eight was largely spurred on by OB. The Trojans retuo action after sweeping through the Fall League a season ago, going a perfect 7-0. Watkins earned All-League First Team honors, serving as the catalyst by averaging 15.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.1 steals per game. Watkins’ ability to hit holes like a running back, burst out of the pack in transition and finish through contact at the rim is what makes him so special.
It has already been a big offseason for Kisean Robinson Kisean Robinson 6’2″ | CG Lithia Springs | 2024 MD , nabbing offers from Albany State, Florida Southwestern State and Columbia State. Robinson is a solid three-level scorer that provides energy away from scoring, racking up rebounds, assists and steals. Kisean plans to reclass after the season to 2025.
Union County is starting to pop up more and more in the statewide conversation in Class 2A thanks to their homegrown 2025 backcourt. The Panthers are fresh off a Sweet 16 trip and are ready to challenge themselves even more this year starting with the Fall League. Jude Ellis Jude Ellis 6’1″ | PG Union County | 2025 State GA along with Houston Henry Houston Henry 6’0″ | PG Union County | 2025 State GA have cut their teeth with Wood Elite this offseason, playing against high-level competition. Ellis has gotten physically stronger every year while adding to his game. Jude posted 13 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists as a sophomore as a creative downhill attacker that can also score off the dribble from beyond the arc.

Henry is the engine for Union County. While he can score when needed, he is often tasked with setting up others. Houston is a smooth playmaker with advanced court vision. He averaged 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists a season ago.
Graduation and transfers have hit Whitewater, leaving Ashtain Preston Ashtain Preston 6’1″ | PG Whitewater | 2026 State GA with the keys to the team. Preston impressed as a rookie, posting 6.8 points per game. This offseason he has elevated his play, consistently among Whitewater’s leading scorers. Ashtain will serve as both the team’s primary playmaker and likely top scoring option.
