Players were put on teams and into gameplay situations with the cameras rolling. This article will cover those who showed up and showed out!
Bo Meier
Bo Meier
https://twitter.com/BoMeier1rnComing off a solid freshman campaign averaging over 11 points and 5 rebounds per game for the Bears, Meier displayed a motor that led to lots of easy buckets. His ability to run the floor, for a big man, with soft catching hands and quick gather to a layup stood out strongly on the day. Meier showed hustle hitting the floor on an occasion with a perfect outlet to start a fast break. He also displayed range with a couple step out three pointers that hit nothing but the bottom of the net. The length paired with his ability to run the floor; Meier is set to have a breakout sophomore season.
https://twitter.com/WillFarringto10rnFarrington is a knock down shooter, who is a threat from distance if given too much space. He has a series of pump fakes and moves to create open looks and showed off some moves in the post with a soft touch. Farrington impressed by with his rebounding at the event, he used his length and height to his advantage to be one of the top rebounders of the day. Another long player who runs the floor well, Farrington’s capable of scoring in bunches and should be a top offensive option for the Wolves his Junior year.
Brandon Jarmon
Brandon Jarmon
https://twitter.com/BrandonJarmon5rnA high energy guard, Jarmon displayed an ability to score from all three levels at RUN 32. His solid ball handling and quick first step allowed him to get into lanes for mid range jumpshots or opportunities to finish at the rim. He shot respectably from beyond the arc, knocking down a couple three pointers which generated respect and quick closeouts, allowing him to get to the basket with relative ease. His on ball defense was decent, challenging shots and creating turnovers to get out on breaks. He talked a bunch on the court and genuinely looks like the game is fun to him and he wants others to have fun as well. With his transfer to Omaha Bryan, Jarmon has a real opportunity to explode on the scene with his ability to score, along with the talented group of Amare Bynum, Amir Martin Amir Martin 6’5″ | SG Omaha Bryan | 2025 State NE and Rylan Rodriguez Rylan Rodriguez 6’6″ | PF Omaha Bryan | 2024 State NE to distribute the ball to around him.
Tyler Vaughns
Tyler Vaughns
https://twitter.com/VaughnsTylerrnVaughns attended RUN 32 as incoming freshman in 2022, you were able to see the talent but with some of the top talent in the state there last year, such as Carter Nelson Carter Nelson 6’5″ | PF Ainsworth | 2024 NE , Braden Frager Braden Frager 6’6″ | SF Lincoln Southwest | 2025 State #211 Nation NE , Jacob Arop Jacob Arop 6’6″ | C Bellevue West | 2024 State NE , Treyson Anderson Treyson Anderson 6’9″ | C Pius X | 2024 State NE and Bryson Bahl Bryson Bahl 6’4″ | SG Papio South | 2025 State #289 Nation NE , he was overshadowed during the event. This year was different. Vaughns has grown around 4 inches and put on around 20 pounds, of what looks like muscle. He has the full bag on display scoring at all three levels. He made an impact each time he touched the floor by getting out on breaks and finding open spots on the floor to get shots. He was not afraid to go down and try to rebound which led to a couple easy put backs. His freshman to sophomore year development was impressive and his trajectory may have him being viewed as one of the top guards in the state in the coming years.
