There were many standouts throughout the event, and plenty of offers were thrown around as well. Here’s a look at part two of the 2025 standouts from Maryland teams in attendance.
Mason Ellison | 6’4” WG | Loyola Blakefield
Ellison is a very intriguing prospect with his blend of size, athleticism and budding skillset, and as he continues to improve he’ll be one to watch for in the DMV. The 6’4” wing is dyadic in transition as he runs the floor hard and plays above the rim effortlessly, he works well off the ball to get open and has shown the ability to make shots from multiple levels and he still has a lot of room to improve moving forward. He finished the event averaging 13.8 points on 51% shooting and 3.5 rebounds per game.
Dominick Stewart Dominick Stewart 6'6" | CG Mt. Zion Prep | 2025 CA-S | 6’5” WG | Mt. Zion
Stewart played on the Mt. Zion post grad team last year and made a splash then, and running with this MZP team he was absolutely fantastic as one of the best two guards in the session. He has an all-around skillset where he can play on or off the ball, he’s a smooth athlete who can get to spots and score it from multiple levels, he shots it well from deep off the catch, made plays for others and was great on the defensive end. He finished the event averaging 18.3 points on 57% shooting from the field, 2.5 assists and 2.5 steals per game.
Francis Folefac Francis Folefac 6'6" | C Mt. Zion Prep Academy | 2025 State MD | 6’7” PF | Mt. Zion
Folefac was a breakout player last year for MZP and his blend of size and versatility makes him very intriguing moving forward. At 6’7” he’s a strong forward who has good ball skills on the perimeter, he can put it on the deck and has good playmaking ability for his size, he has touch around the rim and can step out to the midrange and perimeter and he makes a positive impact in a lot of different ways. He finished the event averaging 9 points on 56% shooting and 4.5 rebounds per game.
Ashley Sims Ashley Sims 6'6" | PF Riverdale Baptist | 2025 State MD | 6’8” PF | Riverdale Baptist
Sims is emerging as a very intriguing prospect in the DMV, as he’s a versatile big man with a unique skill set and is very productive across the board. The 6’8” forward has a big frame and uses that frame to get to the rim where he can finish in traffic, he can put it on the deck in transition, he has good vision and passing ability and he owns the paint and rebounds well on both ends of the floor. He finished the event averaging 12 points, 11 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 1.7 blocks per game.
Tyler Jackson Tyler Jackson 6'2" | CG St. Frances | 2025 #40 Nation MD | 6’2” CG | St. Frances
Jackson is one of the biggest stock risers in the country right now in the 2025 class, and he’s about as impressive of a scoring guard as you’ll come across. He’s shifty off the bounce with a great handle and the ability to create space, he can knock down contested shots from deep and in the midrange, he gets to the rim where he can draw contact and finish through it and he has a competitive chip to his game as well. He finished the event averaging 16 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game.
Donovan Flamer Donovan Flamer 6'8" | C Saint Frances Academy | 2025 State MD | 6’10” C | St. Frances
Flamer is still a project and while he still needs to improve and become more consistent, he has a lot of positive things to his game that makes me think he has a lot of good basketball ahead of him. At 6’10” he has long arms and is mobile as he can run the floor and does so very hard, he plays with a good motor as a rebounder and defender, he can finish around the rim and he competes at a high level. He finished the event averaging 9 points on 73% shooting, 6.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game.
Cam Fleming Cam Fleming 6'7" | PF St. Frances | 2025 State #207 Nation MD | 6’7” F | St. Frances
Fleming is a very intriguing prospect as he has a blend of size, athleticism and skill that you don’t find in many prospects his age. At 6’7” he is very versatile as he can play inside-out on the offensive end and guard multiple positions defensively, he is a big time athlete who thrives in transition, he can handle and get downhill where he’s a good finisher and he is a good rebounder too. He finished the event averaging 11.7 points on 71% shooting and 5.3 rebounds per game.
