Jarvis Williams Jarvis Williams 6’3″ | CG CB Aycock | 2026 State NC is another emerging prospect to keep an eye on in the 2026 class in North Carolina after making a name for himself this grassroots cycle with NC Invasion. He’s a prospect that works well in the halfcourt and in the fast break with his ability to shoot the basketball on the perimeter and off the bounce. He’s set to emerge as quite the name out of CB Aycock High as he gets his experience on the varsity stage potentially this upcoming season.
Tyler Brown Tyler Brown 6’8″ | PF Cox Mill | 2026 State NC is an emerging sizeable name to get to know in the 2026 class in North Carolina as a new face in the Top 100. He’s a prospect with a strong propensity for rebounding the ball and blocking shots around the rim with his length at 6-foot-7. He got his feet wet a bit on the varsity stage this past season with Cox Mill High, posting 2.8 ppg and 2.3 rpg across roughly 9.8 mpg. After gaining some experience on the grassroots scene, look for him to grow into a bigger role entering his sophomore season at Cox Mill.
Jaxson Neely Jaxson Neely 6’4″ | SF Independence | 2026 State NC is another prospect out West in North Carolina’s 2026 class to keep track of in the Top 100. He’s an active 6-foot-2 presence that gets after it on both ends of the floor with his ability to defend and rebound the ball in space in the backcourt. He’s made a name for himself on the grassroots scene with Team Charlotte on the UAA scene. He returns to Queens Grant High looking to build upon the strong freshman campaign he had in 2022-23 that saw him produce 13.8 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 3.3 spg and 2.1 apg while knocking down 42 percent from the field. He’ll be looked upon to play a vital role in the Stallions success as a face in the 2026 class on PrepHoops.
Christian Phelps Christian Phelps 6’3″ | SF Washington County | 2026 State NC is a name to get to know in the Eastern North Carolina region out of Washington County High. He’s made a name for himself this grassroots cycle with NextUp GBBA Select with his skillset at the forward spot. He’s an active forward presence that’s shown he can rebound in bunches on both ends of the floor. He’s especially active as an offensive rebounding presence. As he shows he can mix things up and knock down shots in the half court, look for his name to grow in the region.
Kamari McDonald Kamari McDonald 6’5″ | SF Lexington Senior | 2026 State NC is another name out of Lexington Senior High to keep an eye on in North Carolina’s 2026 class as a new addition. He’s been quite the presence for NC Spartans Abrams at the forward spot with his acumen for blocking shots, rebounding the ball and operating in the painted area. He’s a prospect that plays with a high motor and a ton of energy at 6-foot-4 and has room to grow into a big role this upcoming high school season.
