[player_tooltip player_id='1935698' first='Carson' last='Sessing'] |5'11 G| Minot/3ND

He was a standout at Prep Hoops Stomping Grounds and was named to the All-Tournament Team. Sessing has played exceptionally well this spring against strong teams. Carson has had some monster shooting & scoring games. The Minot kid is tough to contain off the dribble and he finishes strong at the basket. Sessing is shooting a blistering 45% from beyond the arc! As a slasher, he has deceptive quickness and he uses angles remarkably well as if he is a veteran guard. This lefty has a high IQ and he is a scorer from all 3-levels.

[player_tooltip player_id='1935697' first='Cody' last='Rice'] |6'1 G| Powers Lake-Burke Central/3ND

He has proven himself on the defensive end of the floor. In AAU, Rice is a defensive stopper that matches up with the opposing team's best wing player. It is not easy to score against Cody, he uses his strength and athleticism to his advantage. Offensively, Rice has made major strides. He shoots the triple with confidence but does not rely on it. Cody is shooting 38% from deep. He is a strong driver that is difficult to stop once he gets downhill. Rice draws fouls at a high rate. Expect a breakout season for Cody this winter with the Ranchers. Keep track of Rice this fall, he will also be a standout QB on the gridiron.

[player_tooltip player_id='1950722' first='Camden' last='Aufforth'] |6'0 G| Minot/3ND

A player who keeps the team together. Aufforth is the ultimate glue guy! Camden has a pure three-point shooting stroke. He has recently grown and has blossomed into a do-it-all player. Aufforth knows how to space the floor, cut to the hoop at the opportune time, and he makes proper plays with conviction. Camden has a knack for scoring with offensive rebound putbacks. This spring, Aufforth has scored in double-digits multiple times and has racked up the 3-pointers. He has been the top FT-shooter on the 3ND team at 83%. Aufforth is averaging 9.4 ppg and is shooting 41 3FG%.

[player_tooltip player_id='1975439' first='Ali' last='Shahid'] |6'1 G| Fargo South/Beyond The Game

He has been amazing for BTG this spring in AAU hoops. His BTG team would not be the same without him. I for one, am excited to see Shahid play later this summer on the Prep Hoops Circuit. Ali has proven himself as a scorer that can fill it up. He is a mobile athlete that can make plays with his legs. Shahid can also shoot the rock and score 3-points at a time. If teams overplay Ali, he will penetrate into the paint to make things happen. It will be interesting to see what role Shahid plays with the Bruins this next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1967169' first='Ryker' last='Bergee'] |6'6 PF| West Fargo/Next Level Basketball Academy

He first standouts out with his size and long arms. Bergee does not back down around the basket, he keeps coming at you. In AAU ball, Ryker has scored the rock from the interior and from beyond the arc. His footwork continues to improve, Bergee is an interesting player to keep tabs on. I watched him on Friday at MSUM and Ryker hit a few three-pointers. His shot seemed fluid and natural. The BIG man can keep the defense honest. Ryker also protected the rim with blocked shots and he rebounded well throughout the day. Mr. Bergee certainly has potential!

[player_tooltip player_id='1967160' first='Stellen' last='Nelson'] |6'4 G| Fargo North/Next Level Basketball Academy

He is putting a ton of work into his craft. Nelson is becoming much more confident as a shooter and slasher. Stellen is long and he is a good rebounder as a guard. His hoops IQ is another bright spot. Nelson standouts out as a smart decision-maker. His shot is an asset and with Nelson's recent growth spurt, he can play multiple positions on the floor. His athleticism is improving as well. To sum up Mr. Nelson's game, he is a smart, smooth, lanky player, that makes a positive impact on the game.
