[player_tooltip player_id='1446576' first='Jonny' last='Jordan'] (Chaminade): The 6'1" point guard is nearly a year removed from an ACL injury that cost him the high school season, but he looks really good as he makes his way back. He is a talented offensive player who makes good playmaking decisions with his high basketball IQ. He is an excellent 3-point shooter who can also get into the gaps of the defense on his dribble penetration. His pull-up game is also very effective. He also passes it well with his good court vision. He was the straw that stirred the drink for the Red Devils, who won the championship.

[player_tooltip player_id='1873523' first='Jameson' last='White'] (Chaminade): A 6'6' small forward who is one of the top young prospects at the event. He is a matchup problem with his size, overall skill set and basketball IQ. He can drain the 3-pointer on the pick and pop and he can also knock down the mid range jumper off the bounce. He also has a nice runner in the lane. He handles the ball and passes it well. He is a solid rebounder and defender who is capable of guarding multiple positions.

[player_tooltip player_id='1557399' first='Sheek' last='Pearson'] (John Burroughs): The 6'9" forward is a skilled young big who displayed a nice shooting touch around the basket and the ability to block shots on the defensive end. He showcased his expanded game as he scored on some dribble drives from the high post and had some good moments handling the ball in the open court to make a positive play. He plays well in the high-low set as the passer or the receiver in the post. The youngster has an upside that is substantial.

[player_tooltip player_id='1850526' first='Tristan' last='Reed'] (John Burroughs): A young 6'7" big who puts the power in the power forward position. When he sets up shop in the low post to establish his position, it is very difficult to move him off of his spot. He catches the ball and scores on a strong drop step or a nice jump hook move over the left shoulder. He also had some impressive rim-runs down the middle of the court to establish early position. He is also an imposing defender with his ability to block and alter shots in the lane.

[player_tooltip player_id='1858684' first='Rowen' last='Buffington'] (Jefferson City): A 6'2" point guard from the Mid-Mo area who has good length and he plays with excellent pace. He pushes the tempo and tries to get all he can get, but will bring it out if he doesn't get all the way to the basket. He does have a nice burst of acceleration to get by defenders for the layup or the pull up jumper. He can also knock down the 3-pointer and drop the dime to the open teammate. He's a coach's son who knows how to play.

[player_tooltip player_id='2114712' first='Mekhi' last='Owens'] (McCluer North): A 6'4" wing player with good size and a strong body and he used it well to attack the basket and have success in the lane. He makes the perimeter jumper well enough to keep defenses honest, but he is at his best when he is getting downhill to the basket. He finishes well and he draws fouls to get himself to the free throw line. He is also a good worker on the offensive boards.

Jason Mosley (McCluer): An impressive 6'0" combo guard who I have been impressed with after watching him the past couple of weeks at the Prep Hoops Show Me Showdown and at Webster Groves last weekend. He plays hard and he is always in the right spots. He is an effective slasher who can score in the lane and he rebounds well for his size. He is also a solid playmaker who can handle the ball and create for others.
