GV Christian Summer League: Standouts

This league hosted by back-to-back 1A Champions Green Valley Christian at their brand new, state-of-the-art facility, provides a terrific opportunity to evaluate several talented small school performers. Franklin was able to get to the rim with ease, and controled the pace of the game without over dribbling. He never seems sped up, and he's been the same way during the league. He was pretty dominant in Monday's game, using a nice soft touch to score around the rim with jump hooks and putbacks. His confidence jumps out at you instantly, as the PG was in attack mode from go. Don't get me wrong, he gets them up, however Cornachio has no problem setting teamates up with dimes. He was the best rim protector for his team, anchoring the backline of the 2-3. The do it all guard, was the primary ballhandler, and leading scorer for MV. He displayed a nice stroke, especially when getting to his spot for his patent pull up jumper.
