Darren McFarlene
Darren showed he is ready to improve on his averages from last season. He was very impressive playing against some of top interiors players of the league at this event. He showed the ability to defend the post and be a rim protector. Outstanding job and rebounding in the post. He was able to score with either hand.
Jalen was really good vs Scanlan. Showing deep range off the catch or the bounce hitting threes(4). He was also able to handle the pressure of handling the ball. Showed the confidence to get into the lane and score or find teammates.
Jacob showed really good defensive ability using his frame to guard the ball. Was excellent making purposeful cuts without the ball putting himself into numerous scoring chances. Very good and strong in finishing in transition. Also showed a nice step through and was able to knock down a three ball when opportunity came
Nigel showed his improvement in every area of his game. He showed he is ready to take the next step for Terriers, as they continue to turn out high quality guards. Very quick with the ball changing direction or speeds. Kept the defense honest on the break pushing the ball. Showed off his shooting from beyond the arc and also the ability to drive it off the bounce and finish.

Denim is a true NYC point guard. Tough, fearless aggressive with the ball in his hands setting up teammates or driving into the lane. A flat out scorer of the ball. Has the talent to take over games as he continues to gain experience.
Not only was Joel a player that surprised some at the event but he turned out to having a great showcase of his talent. He has length and he uses it to rebound off the wing. He handled the ball in transition and also in tight space. Creative around the rim scoring the ball. Was knocking down the mid range jumper with a real nice fluid motion.
