-Crafty guard that is adept at initiating contact on drives to the rim and getting to his spots as a shifty downhill driver. Moore pushed the pace in transition and showed great timing on passes to teammates whether it was a quick baseball pass over the top after snagging a defensive rebound or a shovel pass/drop-off to a teammate in traffic at the offensive end. His ability to freeze help defenders with his eyes or with his pace coming off of ball screens was invaluable to his group as he created advantage scenarios for his team in the halfcourt. Would not be surprised to see him scoop up a late scholarship here in the spring as college rosters finalize their groups for the upcoming season.

Another PDI Prep prospect, Moore stood out in the lone game I caught of PDI Prep as a talented point guard who could really create for himself and score the basketball. I saw Moore get busy off the dribble with numerous pull-ups and tough shot-making ability. The one game I caught was a blowout so it was somewhat tough to gauge his talents but I’m looking forward to getting more familiar with Moore this summer and heading into his senior season.

Moore is a jet-quit who excelled at getting paint touches at ease. He has a really good pulse of the game and was responsible for setting up his teammates on offense in a timely way throughout the whole game. He showed that he could score the ball when his team needed a bucket. Moore’s recruitment should heat up in the coming months due to more schools seeing him play on the ball.

Nigel did a little bit of everything at this event. Quick and skilled with the ball. Head was always up looking to make plays. Outstanding shooting stroke from three. Quick elusive first step enabling him to score at the rim. He hounded the ball and used his lateral movement and hands to disrupt his opponent. I expect a big season from him.

Nigel showed his improvement in every area of his game. He showed he is ready to take the next step for Terriers, as they continue to turn out high quality guards. Very quick with the ball changing direction or speeds. Kept the defense honest on the break pushing the ball. Showed off his shooting from beyond the arc and also the ability to drive it off the bounce and finish.
