Let’s find the time to see who played well from the State of South Dakota in this article. Sanford Sports Academy played this past weekend in Rock Hill and finished (1-3). Prep Hoops was able to watch their first game of tourney in which they won over Ty Harris Elite (IN) 67-41.

is a very tall young man at 7’0 down in the paint. Rock an Iowa State commit can step-out and face-up from the perimeter. JT can play-inside out on the floor and shows to have a good skill set. He has good footwork to stay mobile down low and will alter and challenge shots on the defensive end. Rock is the #1 ranked player in the State of South Dakota.
Squires Staying Instate:
Alec Squires will play at South Dakota State University in college for the Jackrabbits. Squires was highly effective down in the paint with his ability to post up and play with his back to the basket. He does a nice job of running the floor and filling the lane in transition. Alec looks to play physical down low on the block and really stays aggressive at all times. He did a nice job with the screen and roll at times today.

plays the game so hard and seems like the ultimate gym rat with his play. Mehrman was able to get downhill with the ball today with ease. Jacoby really uses his body well to fight off defenders on the way to the cup.

has good size from the backcourt. The left-handed versatile guard has the ability to create his own shot. Porter really likes to slash the ball to the cup when he wasn’t knocking down an elbow jumper. Ihnen plays well away from the ball and always remains active on the floor.
Wingert Wins Games and Championships:
Jaxson Wingert has won a few state championships in high school. Jaxson plays the game extremely hard and really competes at all times. He made several quality passes from the high post today. He was able to deliver some putbacks on the glass while collecting some loose change.

plays at Fargo (ND) North HS where he won a State Championship this past season. Sem is very athletic and really looks to attack the baseline when given the opportunity. He likes to play the game in transition whenever possible. Jeremiah has quick hands to bring some chaos to the table on the defensive end of the floor.
