WATCHLIST
Ace Sheeley Ace Sheeley 5'9" | SG West Fargo | 2027 State ND (2027) |5’8 G| ECI 14U Majkrzak
Sheeley has shown this spring that he can score from three levels. His strength allows him to get downhill, put defenders on his hip, and make plays going to the basket. His cutting is improved, every coach loves to hear/see this! Ace has had multiple sharp-cut layups where he beat the D. He is a terrific perimeter defender for his age. Sheeley has explosive hops that allow him to rebound at a high level even though he is not the biggest player on the court.
Ali Shahid Ali Shahid 6'2" | CG Fargo South | 2025 State ND (2025) |6’1 G| Beyond the Game
He and Abakar have been a dynamic duo this spring for BTG! Ali is a leader for his squad and is playing outstanding in AAU. Shahid can score the rock, that is for sure! He has a good feel for the game and is a gifted athlete. Ali has deep shooting range and he bangs down triples with his high-arcing lefty stroke. He can also knife to the basket and produce in transition.
Andre’ Austin Andre’ Austin 6'3" | CG Bismarck | 2025 State #388 Nation ND (2025) |6’2 G| Pack 2024
He is playing up an age division and has been great all spring. Dre’ was recently named First Team All-Tournament in Portland! Austin is playing at an Elite level. He will only be a junior but already has the strength, quickness, and toughness of most freshmen in college. During the high school season and in AAU, Dre’ has proven to be a productive offensive player. He scores in bunches from all angles & depths. The thing that separates Austin is his hoops IQ, readiness to hit the open man, and his awareness on defense. Dre’ has turned himself into a complete STUD and college coaches need to check him out!
Artie Carlow Artie Carlow 6'0" | SG Bismarck | 2026 State ND (2026) |5’10 G| Pack 2026
This young man can light up the scoreboard. Carlow scores from every level and he makes it look effortless. Artie also makes a difference on the defensive side of the ball. He is always around the ball and he works super hard. I am excited to see if he can keep it rolling and have another productive weekend.
Bennett Larson Bennett Larson 6'7" | C Stanley | 2026 State ND (2026) |6’7 PF| 3ND 2025
He is playing up an age level but you could never tell by watching him play. Larson has always been a beast offensively while scoring in different ways with offensive rebounds, post moves, and short face-up jumpers. He also draws a ton of attention, this makes things easier for everyone else. Defensively is where he has made the biggest strides. Bennett is now blocking shots and limiting second-chance opportunities for opponents. The BIG man is averaging 13.8 ppg in the last 5 games.
Bradyn Roisum (2026) |6’6 F| West Central Wildcats 2026
The young Battler is extra-agile and strong. Bradyn is a rare combination of size and speed for a freshman. Roisum blocks shots, hits threes, and can drive around other bigs. He averaged 12 ppg on a tough Battle Lake team that won 24 games this past season. Roisum has a bright future in hoops.
Brian Zarazua Jr (2025) |6’3 PG| Bears Tail Basketball 16U Zarazua 3SGB
No matter where and when he is playing, BJ is always one of the most skilled players on the court. I love the pace that he plays with, he goes speedy fast but can also slow it down and operate at his own pace. BJ can score in all sorts of ways as his bag of moves/tricks is deep. He has been aggressive on offense lately, I would expect some high-scoring games from Zarazua this weekend.
Carson Sessing Carson Sessing 6'0" | CG Minot | 2025 State ND (2025) |5’11 G| 3ND 2025
He has averaged 13 ppg in his last 5 games for 3ND. Sessing has been getting past defenders off the dribble with some nice shake to his game. Carson is finishing with efficiency at the rim and his 3FG% has been over 40 during the spring season. Expect a big summer from this combo guard from Minot.

He also has a really nice, smooth outside jumper. DeAndre had a big junior season with the KMS Saints, he almost averaged a double-double with 24.7 points a game and 8.8 rebounds a game. Make sure to watch Holloway this weekend and mark his name down as a BIG to watch this winter. DeAndre is going to tear it up during his senior season.
DeAngelo Jones (2025) |6’1 G| Bears Tail Basketball 16U Zarazua 3SGB
He has been playing great team defense for Bears Tail. Jones is also a tough on-ball defender. His first step to cut off a dribbler is quick and explosive. DeAngelo sits in a stance and is good going side-to-side. On offense, he breaks defenders down off the bounce. Jones plays hard and has rebounded very well for this Bears Tail team.
Drew Evavold Drew Evavold 6'1" | PG Underwood | 2026 State MN (2026) |5’11 G| Wet Central Wildcats 2026
This Rocket has an explosive first step! Evavold has the ability to start, stop, and change directions quickly. Drew uses that twitchiness to blow by defenders for layups. He is also good at drawing help which leads to setting up teammates. Evavold averaged 15 ppg on varsity for Underwood during the high school season.
Drew Huebner (2025) |6’4 G| West Central Wildcats 2025
In high school ball, he averaged 10.5 ppg, 5 rpg, and 2 spg for the Tigers. Huebner is a very athletic slasher who puts constant pressure on defenses while attacking the rim. Drew has great touch inside as he is able to post up mismatches and has done a great job this spring setting up his teammates for great shots.
Hunter Kallstrom (2024) |6’4 F| West Central Wildcats 2024
He is a super strong kid that can also move very well! Hunter has D1 football programs after him with an offer from the University of Wyoming! The big man can jump out of the gym and is the anchor of his team’s defense by protecting the rim. Kallstrom has some nice finishing moves around the basket and can rebound on both sides of the ball. You should be excited to see what the big fella can do this summer.
Jack Kehoe (2026) |6’4 PF| West Central Wildcats 2026
The kid from Morris is a throwback BIG. Kehoe has good size and great hands. He finishes around the rim with either hand and has a relentless motor. You have to love a young post that scores going to both shoulders. Jack has had several 20 and 10 games this spring.
Jack Mekalson Jack Mekalson 6'2" | PG Battle Lake | 2024 State MN (2024) |6’2 G| West Central Wildcats 2024
The Battle Lake STAR is a solid guard/wing that uses his body very well. Jack can drive to the hoop and he has nice finishes around the rim. Mekalson does a lot of nice things off the ball to get himself open and he creates opportunities for his teammates often. Jack averaged 20 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 3.8 apg, 1.6 spg, and shot 44% from the field. He also scored his 1000th point this last season as a junior for the Battle Lake Battlers. Huge things are coming for Jack for the rest of the AAU season and his senior year!
Jackson Wohlleber (2024) |5’10 G| Dakota Niners 17U Johnson
He is a true PG, a floor general, a creator, a facilitator, and a tactician. Jackson has been dishing out assists at an impressive rate this spring. He will stand out because of his skill, IQ, feel, and demeanor on the court. Wohlleber can also put the ball in the hole from all three levels.
Jamison Keszler Jamison Keszler 6'1" | CG Castlewood | 2025 State SD (2025) |5’11 G| Dakota Niners 17U Johnson
He is playing up a grade but holds it own. Keszler is a natural scorer with a quality skill set. He can score but Jamison does not force. He is crafty with the ball in his hands and he is creative off the bounce. Keszler can hit from the outside and also create good looks for teammates.
Julius Frog Julius Frog 6'5" | PF Rapid City Christian | 2025 State SD (2025) |6’5 F| Bears Tail Basketball 16U Zarazua 3SGB
He has been productive on the offensive end this spring. Julius has been fruitful from mid-range. His jumper is accurate and soft. He also has good footwork in the paint. Frog has been consistent this spring. Julius sticks out on the court because of how hard he plays, nobody will ever question his work ethic or energy.
Kaiden Helm Kaiden Helm 6'3" | SG Minot | 2025 State ND (2025) |6’2 G| 3ND 2025
The Minot playmaker has evolved his game into being an assist creator that drives & kicks, hits pull-up jumpers, and scores from all 3 levels with efficiency. Kaiden rebounds well on the offensive end. He starts fast breaks off of defensive boards and this creates opportunities in the open floor for teammates. Kaiden has averaged 12.8 ppg in the last 5 games.
Keetan Eagle Keetan Eagle 5'10" | SG Bismarck | 2024 ND (2024) |5’10 SG| Pack 2024

Keetan heat usp QUICKLY from three-point land. He is a threat to score from every level. Keetan plays all-out all the time. His effort and shooting are a coach’s dream.
Khaliq Austin Khaliq Austin 5'11" | CG Bismarck | 2028 ND (2028) |5’11 G| Pack 2026
He is playing up two age divisions. He might be young but Khaliq is a top 3 scorer on this Pack squad. Austin has super quick hands and these serve him well on defense. He is excellent at playing the passing lanes and at creating turnovers. This youngster is a cold-blooded scorer! When he plays in his own division, it is not out of the question for Khaliq to hit double-digit 3’s in a single game. In Portland (playing in 2026), the young Austin had a 22-point game. Austin is not just a shooter, he has good size for his age and his skills are advanced.
Kolton Duis Kolton Duis 6'2" | SG Canby | 2024 MN (2024) |6’1 G/F| Dakota Niners 17U Johnson
Expect him to be the leading scorer for the Niners this weekend. Selby is out, so you should expect Duis to shoulder more of the scoring load. He does a little bit of everything on both ends of the floor. He is not overly tall but is versatile and athletic. It should be a productive weekend for Duis.
Lawrence Marshall Lawrence Marshall 6'4" | PF New Town | 2026 State ND (2026) |6’4 PF| Pack 2026
He is long/lanky, is a skilled forward, and plays relentlessly. Marshall is problematic for the opposition because of his length and effort. He rebounds well, plays under control, and scores from multiple levels. Lawrence can guard positions 3-5 and he is solid on defense.

The stud Charger averaged 13 ppg and 5 rpg this past season for Brandon-Evansville. Fuller plays under control and is a very crafty finisher. Micah has been shooting the ball well from 3 and he loves to guard the other team’s best player. Fuller has had some big-scoring performances this spring.
Ryder Majkrzak Ryder Majkrzak 5'11" | PG Horace | 2027 State ND (2027) |5’7 G| ECI 14U Majkrzak
He is a big-time shooter! I have seen it firsthand and Ryder can light the nets on fire off the dribble and/or catch. He is not just a shooter, Majkrzak sees the floor well and he creates for others. He is your prototype combo guard with noteworthy ball skills and lethal shooting ability. Ryder continues to improve his production off the ball. Majkrzak is a scorer & facilitator.
Seth Staloch (2025) |6’6 F| West Central Wildcats 2025
The Osakis kid is a very athletic forward who plays above the rim. Seth has been attacking the glass this spring at a rapid rate and it has led to multiple second-chance points a game. Staloch has the ability to play on the perimeter with a quick first step and has nice moves inside the paint.
