Meet the [program_tooltip program_id='2078765' first='Life' last='Changers'] 17u team. In recent memory, the best Life Changer alumnus was Justin Morgan, who signed to Murray State out of high school.

Everything runs through point guard [player_tooltip player_id='2133860' first='Hudson' last='Spangenberg']. The 6-foot-1 lead guard is a killer, a breakdown dribbler with a stone face. Spangenberg never conveys an emotion through his face, though he plays with a fiery spirit. Hudson is better offensively than defensively. He comes alive with the basketball in his hands. Great vision, the starter keeps his head up the entire time spying the floor and making knifing decisions.

Spangenberg keeps a really dynamic in-and-out dribble in his bag.

[program_tooltip program_id='2078765' first='Life' last='Changers'] 17u is a team with very little flair in the lane. The two bigs who play the most ([player_tooltip player_id='2087448' first='Silas' last='Carlisle'], [player_tooltip player_id='2087451' first='Luke' last='McBride']) are grunt guys, with more functional mobility than sizzle. Silas provided a lovely three-point make from the top of the key in a tight second-half moment against West Alabama Elite. To be fair he did miss his subsequent three three-pointers. Silas will rebound well in his area, but does not help any outside that zone.

When McBride tired and rebounded less defensively, the team collapsed.

Nunior-to-be Kavion Wooden is pretty raw. He does not have the best fitness and struggles to defend hulking post players, which becomes his responsibility unfortunately. The 6-foot-5 forward is strong, but West Alabama Elite was stronger.

Guard Terrance Holly is a crafty dribbler. He can burst into the lane. His court awareness is better than average. Fellow guard Nicolas Warner cares about defense. He moved his feet well without slapping or fouling. Looks to be 6-foot-1.
