T.J. Adams T.J. Adams 6'2" | CG Marquette | 2024 State WI – 2024 – PG – Chapman Basketball Academy
This kid is a gamer and showed up when his team needed him most in two different games. Adams had one spurt in particular where CBA was on the verge of squandering a 27-point lead. The Marquette guard took over the game and scored all 10 of his points down the stretch. CBA has a lot of weapons offensively, which often forces Adams to defer and lay back in the weeds at times, but he’s definitely a playmaker when he senses a need or opportunities arise.
Isaiah Allen Isaiah Allen 6'4" | CG Milwaukee Lutheran | 2024 State WI – 2024 – G/W – Chapman Basketball Academy
He’s ranked rather high and likely going up, but wanted to give Allen his due after a consistent weekend. Thought the Milwaukee Lutheran showed up in all four games and did his job exceptionally. The 6-foot-4 guard/wing shot it really well in the mid-range. He’s got a really nice pull-up game and knocks in jumpers with terrific form. Allen also showed off his bounce a few times. You wouldn’t describe him as explosive, but he’ll throw it down off two feet without a ton of momentum. It’s more effortless than explosive. Defensively, Allen’s got a chance to be special on that end of the floor as well. He can guard a lot of different positions, shows terrific instincts, and turns defense into offense.
Nate Carr Nate Carr 6'0" | PG West Salem | 2026 WI – 2026 – G – Wisconsin United
West Salem has been to the state tournament each of the last two seasons and has a very old roster. Things could break for Carr next season. Only a freshman, Carr played up in the 17U level and definitely took the reins for Wisconsin United. A skilled, crafty guard who can extend his range beyond the arc, shoot off the bounce, and create his own shot, Carr’s got some stuff to him. Carr got on a roll Sunday with a few strong scoring spurts where he was able to take over chunks of the game.
Julius Clark Julius Clark 6'0" | SG Eau Claire Memorial | 2025 State WI – 2025 – SG – Wisconsin Playmakers
Clark just flies around and makes plays. The Playmakers have a couple of really good guards, but Clark definitely finds a way to make an impact. Defensively, Clark is all over the place. He works his tail off and leaves everything on the floor. Not a guy the Playmakers may run a ton of offense for given their roster makeup, but they definitely don’t mind when Clark gets an opportunity, because he’s generally exploited a breakdown and plays just as fast on that end of the floor. Clark doesn’t need a ton of dribbles to make something happen. Whether it’s cutting off the ball or attacking quickly off the bounce, Clark has a no-nonsense type approach and gets right to the time.
Camron Henderson Camron Henderson 6'0" | CG Madison East | 2024 State WI – 2024 – G – NESYB
Henderson is one of the better players in the state that people aren’t talking about. Henderson put up 15 points, five rebounds, and three assists last season at Madison East. He’s a smooth, creative combo guard that can go get buckets or drive and dish. Put Henderson on an island and good things happened in Minnesota. Opposing guards really struggled to contain Henderson who’s always in attack mode and plays with a lot of energy and tempo. While he’s an attacker, wouldn’t describe Henderson as having to be ball dominant. Despite dictating the game, loved his decision making on Sunday and willingness to defer to teammates.
Drew Klobe Drew Klobe 6'7" | PF Hortonville | 2024 WI – 2024 – F – All-Wisconsin
Klobe wasn’t on our radar entering the event, but we saw him score 28 points and grab eight rebounds Sunday morning. The junior forward didn’t put up eye-popping numbers at Hortonville, but that’s likely due to the presence of August Maurer August Maurer 6'4" | PF Hortonville | 2023 State WI , who’s a similar type player. Klobe isn’t loud with his game, but kept finding himself in high percentage areas thanks to his hustle under the rim, timely cuts, and crashing the offensive glass. A strong and surprisingly mobile forward for his size, Klobe loves the physicality of the game and didn’t appear to feel contact, drawing a number of three-point play opportunities.
Henry Meyer Henry Meyer 6'3" | SG La Crosse Central | 2024 State WI – 2024 – SG – Wisconsin Playmakers
Meyer jumped on our radar during the season and his stock is still going up. Was good to see him replicate some of the performances at La Crosse Central against higher competition. The 6-foot-3 guard is sneaky athletic and that’s probably an undersell. Meyer doesn’t look overly explosive, but he can seriously elevate. The mid-range game continues to be a big strength of Meyer, who can stop and pop in the 12-18 foot range and get defenders playing the drive. Defensively, Meyer is a worker too. There’s a noticeable blue collar nature about him on that end of the floor. Meyer doesn’t take plays off and makes you earn anything you might get against him.
Anthony Miller Anthony Miller 6'0" | CG Madison Memorial | 2026 State WI – 2026 – PG – Wisconsin Academy
Caught Miller during the high school season and liked what I saw. A skilled, crafty guard that has the ball on a string, Miller is just tough to keep out of his areas. Kid can absolutely go with the ball in his hands. Pair that with his quick outside trigger and defenders have a tough time picking what to take away. Probably more of a pass-first floor general at this point, but definitely feel there’s some takeover offensive ability in the future.
Will Murray Will Murray 6'7" | SF Darlington | 2024 State WI – 2024 – F – Wisconsin Blizzard
Saw some of the junkyard dog play come out for Murray last year in the Nike EYBL and he’s carried that mentality forward with the Blizzard. The Darlington forward was just always in the middle of 50-50 rebounds and loose balls, winning his team extra possessions. Murray continues to do a little bit of everything on the floor. The lefty has some really nice skill around the rim and can finish with finesse or power. A legit 6-foot-7, Murray’s still got a lot of untapped potential as a combo forward and could be a real hidden gem for a Division 2 program.
