Continue ReadingWilliams is one of the best perimeter defenders our 2025 class has to offer. He is very quick laterally and slides his feet very well, provides great on ball activity, very active hands, capable of stunting on dribble drive and walking away with a lose ball often. Shifty ball handler in iso scenarios. His handle allows him to break defenders off and get to the rim. He can get creative with his finishes and has a great finishing arsenal for a smaller guard. Able shooter but takes smart shots. Doesn’t force much from beyond the arc and is patient with his looks.
Kircher is a very shifty, quick, and unpredictable guard in the 2025 class. He plays with great pace and due to his arsenal of playmaking moves, he is tough to contain. His ability to facilitate and create shots on slashes is another aspect of his game that stands out. On time passes and he can flat out thread the needle on the break. He is able to make some tough passes and find cutting bigs for drops or draw two drive and kicks.
Murphy excelled with the brand new Westview Wolverines this past winter and has been riding that momentum into this summer. He has become a real solid slasher and with his vertical and athleticism he is very tough to defend at the rim. He can rise up for dunks and lobs, or beat his man off the dribble, get to two feet, and just elevate for contested layups, utilizing his touch at the rim. One underrated aspect of his game is his shot altering ability. The amount of times he can get a contest or block shots is a very underrated aspect of his game.
Highlights
Boesinger just came off a solid sophomore campaign and led the Norris Titans to the state tournament bid. He’s a great shooter off both the catch and the bounce with some range. Not a crazy shifty ball handler but is able to create shots off the bounce using his quickness and ability to stop then go again. Solid two foot finisher in traffic and uses his upper body to initiate contact and create that initial bump to finish through guards.
