Expect to hear these names a lot more as we get deeper and deeper into the warm months.
Nigel James
Nigel James
James is a super quick and athletic point guard that is a headache for any defense. Originally from New York, he brought that toughness and grit with him to New England, able to finish amongst the trees. James is a three level scorer high level playmaking ability.
Makhai Anderson
Makhai Anderson
Anderson had a great showing at the HG NE Warm up. He is a do it all type of guard that uses his length to finish consistently around the basket, including getting up for dunks. Anderson can also stop and hit shots from mid-range and has a smooth pace to his game.
Jenkins is a battle tested guard that has the ability to breakdown his defenders with three moves or less, where he then can score himself or make a spectacular pass to a teammate. Jenkins is also a tough defender, often causing opposing ball handlers to turn the ball over. He was a key player for North this season, helping lead them to the Division 1 state title.
Erhunmwunse has elite athleticism, to go along with great height, which allows him to get up high for alley oops and dunks off the vert. He is a player who’s stock has risen rapidly and will continue to do so. On defense, Erhunmwunse is a consistent shot blocker, and is a glass cleaner on both ends of the floor.
Jason Sanon
Jason Sanon
Sanon is a tough three level scorer, He was dominant this season for Vermont Academy, being named 1st team NEPSAC. Sanon has a knack for getting out in transition and finishing buckets around the rim. He also has the ability to spot open teammates in positions where they are highly likely to convert the basket.
