Gabe Davenport Gabe Davenport 6'0" | PG Columbia Academy | 2025 State TN – Columbia Academy
The Columbia Academy squad was curiously young this past winter and Gabe Davenport Gabe Davenport 6'0" | PG Columbia Academy | 2025 State TN was a key piece to the resurgent program. The team relied on him largely as a catch-and-shoot guy, as they featured two other adept guards: Andre McLellan, Jeremy Jackson. Gabe is out to prove he can do more, he was merely limited within the structure of the team. It happens. One ball. Five players. Gabe’s shooting touch is exceptional now. His handle is average most nights, though he has flashes of above average. Obviously, his value long-term relies upon him proving he can run an offense and burst by defenders with the dribble. This summer should reveal his progress towards that aim.
Ty Glasper Ty Glasper 6'1" | PG Gatlinburg-Pittman | 2025 State TN – Gatlinburg-Pittman
Fringe Mr. Basketball candidate THIS year, Ty Glasper Ty Glasper 6'1" | PG Gatlinburg-Pittman | 2025 State TN is both a winner and a statistician’s nightmare. Bring a sharp pencil for his boxscore row. Glasper started as a freshman and lead the team in scoring as a sophomore. He is ranked in the Top 10 currently with a varsity-ready body and an advanced skill set. Glasper is a gamer and seems to thrive in pressure spots. His “floor” is higher than most his age because he already proved so many skills. At a baseline he is a small college (NAIA-D3) prospect. With ad adherence to the process, he is certain to establish a tantalizing ceiling in the D2/D2+ range.
Cade Capps Cade Capps 6'5" | SG Stone Memorial | 2025 State #210 Nation TN – Stone Memorial
Elite shooter. Capps pushed his high school to the State Tournament, surprisingly, as a freshman. The shooting and height for the position make him a long-term D1 target. Capps is ranked #2 in the state for 2025 largely because he is both a great shooter and a tall guard. His family put other members in college basketball. He is likely to follow. Capps needs to work on his on-ball defense. The high school team can lean on his to defend the lane and paint, but he will be a college shooting guard/small forward. Developing that skill set is key.
Issac Power Issac Power 6'2" | PG Page | 2025 State TN – Page
Good strength. Feisty. Hungry. Issac will embrace any challenge. He demands respect with his play and commits. Power’s ability to score is strong for a 3A basketball player, and very strong for his age group of 2025’s. Power will be one of the better rebounders on this team and he defends from multiple positions.
