Five South Dakota Breakout Players

He has major range from deep and was a starter as a Freshman. With Wilkinson off to SDSU, Jensen is going to be relied on heavily. They also lose fellow wing Janssen, who was a key contributor as well. His size and skill automatically make him a next level prospect. He's a “unicorn” in the state of South Dakota. A seven-footer that can play all over the court and has a solid handle on the ball. If he works hard on his game, he could become a surprisingly valuable prospect.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1555389' first='Gavin' last='Soukup'] <strong>- 6'2” G 2024 - Mitchell - </strong>Soukup's value is only going to rise. One of the best non-starters in the entire state. If he's not on such a stacked roster last season, he'd be more recognized. Mitchell will be graduating Soulek and Myers, so there's plenty of opportunity to be a prominent scorer and take off. I wouldn't be surprised if he could get up to 14-15 points per game next season.
