A player that will turn heads this Spring and Summer will he Jaxon Johnson Jaxon Johnson 6'8" | SF Alta | 2024 State #106 Nation UT over at Alta. Jaxon has a great shot for 6’9 and that is something to see and he is out there making the right plays. Coming off of a State Championship he is going to be a big reason Alta will be the favorite once again next year.
With the change of the guard at Utah State University the coaching staff that departed really liked one of our local player because they hit the ground running and gave one of the nations rising wings an offer right away and that is Brody Kozlowski Brody Kozlowski 6'8" | SF Corner Canyon | 2024 State #103 Nation UT . Brody has been one of the best shooting prospects out West with not only his clutch play but his shot making ability. He should have an opportunity to make noise playing with the Utah Prospects this Spring and Summer.
A player that has been stock rising this high school season that went from somewhat unknown to who is that is Zach Fisher Zach Fisher 6'7" | CG Davis | 2024 State UT over at Davis High School. Zach has size and the mobility to really transition from a forward that plays more in the paint to a wing that can really stretch the floor and takes that ball off the bounce and create. Keep an eye on him running with Utah Gold this Springa nd Summer as well.
Zach has a teammate on Utah Gold that has been rising as well and that is Tanner Davis Tanner Davis 6'5" | PG Sky View | 2024 State UT . This kid has length and next level ability.
Another player that has made a significant run this past high school season has been Mekhi Martin Mekhi Martin 6'2" | PG Layton | 2024 State UT , he looks to continue that string play running with the Salt Lake Rebels.
Players to Watch
Here are a few players we are looking forward to watching this Grassroots Season.
Carter Doleac Carter Doleac 6'8" | PF Alta | 2024 State UT over at Alta had a great season and he was a big glue guy that did the dirty work but came up big in some games a s well.
Reece Dent Reece Dent 6'8" | SF American Fork | 2024 State UT should be an interesting player to watch as he has made his way over to American Fork High School. We will see how he does in 6A.
Jayden Haskell Jayden Haskell 6'3" | CG Farmington | 2024 State UT had a good year at Farmington.
Aaron Castagnetto was great for Provo and he could explode over at Mountain City this Spring.
