Nehemiah Lewis — SF — Team Iowa Elite
His team didn’t walk away with the victory on Sunday but I still thought that Lewis was able to significantly boost his stock. The Team Iowa Elite small forward was able to post 12 points in a close loss to a very good Big 3 Basketball squad. I like Lewis’ versatility. Whatever his coach asks of him, the small forward is capable of completing. Moving forward, Lewis is certainly a prospect to keep an eye on. I look forward to watching him play the rest of this summer.
Logan Glover — F — Big 3 Basketball
When things get gritty and tough, Glover is there to step up. Big 3 Basketball was able to walk away with a huge win over a good Team Iowa Elite team. Glover played a huge role in this win. The forward was able to score 13 points on efficient shooting splits. I really like the physical presence that Glover brings in the paint. He is a solid rebounder and a good rim protector. Watch out for Glover this summer — he could cause some real problems.
Aiden Austin Aiden Austin 5'7" | PG Andrean | 2024 IN — PG — Indiana Game
Austin had a huge showing in Indiana Game’s morning victory. The point guard tallied 20 points, displaying all of his skills. He had a huge first half, knocking down a bunch of threes. When Austin catches fire, the PG is very tough to slow down. While he is a talented scorer, The Andrean product is also a really slick passer. He has great court vision which he uses to locate open teammates. I was blown away by Austin’s performance this morning. The Indiana Game standout displayed a complete game.
Jaden Edwards Jaden Edwards 6'0" | PG West Aurora | 2025 IL — PG — Illinois Attack
You don’t see many high-level passers at the high school level. Many prospects simply lack the experience and skill to dissect a defense with their passing. And although Edwards isn’t anywhere near being a fully finished product, I saw some potential in Edwards as a passer. He made many impressive passes on Sunday afternoon for Illinois Attack. If he is able to round out the rest of his game, the PG could be a top prospect.
Brody Fisher Brody Fisher 6'5" | PF Carroll (Fort Wayne) | 2026 IN — PF — OPS Basketball
I really liked what I saw from Fisher on Sunday afternoon. The 6-foot-5 power forward has excellent size for his position and age. He uses this size to dominate around the hoop. When Fisher laces up his sneakers and checks into the game, he does so with the intention of dominating in the paint. And more often than not, he is successful in this task. He played a great game on Sunday and certainly raised his stock.
Stephen Akase — F — OPS Basketball
Even though he probably won’t score a bunch of points or make flashy plays, Akase gets the job done. In the right role, Akase is a prospect that can impact winning at the highest level. The 6-foot-7 forward uses his size to rebound well and lock down on defense. He is a plus athlete and developing a skillset. In my mind, Akase’s potential is truly endless. His performance on Sunday was very impressive.
