After spending most of the day at the Wintrust Sports Complex at Bedford Park, I made the switch over to finish the last couple rounds of games at the Romeoville Athletic Center. Here is a breakdown of some of the top performers from all of the action on Saturday.
Despite being just 5’5″, this skilled guard routinely fills it up on the Prep Hoops Circuit. That was certainly true once again on Saturday at the Chi-Town Tip-Off as Cosme poured in a team-leading 23 points including five three-pointers in a blowout win over AUSA-Zach.

Fleming has turned in a very productive weekend for M14 Hoops 2024 Adidas Gold. The versatile wing put up 25 points in a win over All Indy Platinum Elite 2024 on Saturday morning and then backed it up with 14 points in an afternoon win over Full Package 2024 Gold. Love his all-around offensive game. Good catch-and-shoot ability and a strong driver.
Pittsburgh Pioneer Elite 2024 came up short in overtime, 63-59, against 94 Feet Elite 2024. However, Golle was his typical self making big play after big play. He hit three three-pointers in the second half to try and capture the victory. The 6’2″ guard finished with 20 points to lead all scorers in the game.

This 6’3″ wing out of Lake County Lutheran High School in Wisconsin poured in 24 points in a game on Saturday afternoon while connecting on three three-pointers. Hans is a versatile scorer with solid size on the perimeter. He rebounds his position well too. Has been a big part of Closed Gyms 2024’s success so far this spring.
This 6’3″ physical wing was really tough to keep away from the rim in a tight two point loss for Team Work 2025 against OPS 2025 Black. Shaunassey finished with 19 points by consistently finishing through contact around the basket. When he gets downhill there is no stopping him. Athletic above-the-rim finisher too!

Holder stood out as one of the top prospects in a very high level game between his 94 Feet Elite 2024 squad and Pittsburgh Pioneer Elite 2024. The 6’2″ guard is sneaky athletic, strong, and handles the ball very well against pressure. He did not get speed up at all and it led to a 63-59 overtime victory. Holder led 94 Feet Elite with 16 points in the game. He then scored 10 points later in a one point loss to Team Ten Jabari Parker.

Greater Purpose 2024 National picked up a pair of impressive wins on Saturday and this high-scoring prospect certainly had his hand in both. Johnson was solid in an earlier win scoring 12 points, but then absolutely went off for 25 points in their win over Fundamental U 2024 National. He knocked in five three-pointers in the game with his three-level scoring ability on full display.

One of the more talented 2026 prospects at the Chi-Town Tip-Off, Roberts consistently had it going on Saturday for Team Rose 2026 3SSB. He can flat out score the basketball whether it be creating for himself off of the dribble, knocking it in from deep, or finishing at the basket. Recently picked up a Division I offer from Northern Illinois and on Saturday he showed why there will be plenty more to come.
There aren’t many more projectable long-term prospects at the CHi-Town Tip-Off than than this versatile 6’7″ wing. Sehlhorst can stretch the floor out beyond the three-point line, use his length to score inside, and even handles it well enough to act as a secondary playmaker. Certainly impressed with his skills on Saturday with Team Rose 2025 3SSB.

The physical tools jump off the page right away when you see the Truesdale twins play. They are each 6’3″ with excellent length and serious athleticism. On Saturday morning, it was Dereon who was getting it done on his way to a game-high 21 pints in an impressive 66-64 win for OPS 2025 Black over Capital City Team Work 2025.
