Ashton Arnold Memorial Tourney: Youngsters

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Hoops is back on the road again this weekend and headed to the Upstate. The first stop will be in Greenville at the Ashton Arnold Memorial Tourney. This is a regular stop every year for us at the Ashton Arnold Memorial Tourney hosted by Hardwood Inc. and Team South Carolina. Let's dive into the action with some of the Youngsters in the event. <strong><em>#RecruitThePalmettoState </em></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>Class of 2027: </em></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1679972' first='<strong>J'sean' last='Sanders'</strong>] stood out right away for Team South Carolina. Sanders is the son of former Spartanburg HS player Omar Sanders. J'sean has a long and rangy body already for his young age. He was able to post up at times or put the ball on the deck for a few dribbles to the rack. Sanders was able to finish around the cup on some putbacks this evening. McDowell a point guard has a quick cross over move to get past defenders. Lewis does a nice job of running the floor and getting to his spots in the paint. Conley plays up at Easley HS in the Upstate. Jackson is a deceptive athlete who can post up or look to stalk the baseline at times. He plays very well from the ball and always remains active on the floor. Shell a left-handed guard plays the game with a lot of passion and grit. Arkeis is a pass first guard who really sets his teammates well with his crisp bounce passes at times. Baylor plays at Abbeville HS where he averaged 12.3 ppg and 5.7 rebounds this past year for the Panthers.
