I watched six games on Friday night, was in the gym for twelve hours on Saturday, and then eight on Sunday. A lot of times I was watching two games at once; the first half of one the second half of another. Seeing every game is tough, even with multiple scouts in the gym.
Seeing the prospects with names is not the only goal. Seeking out the kids with the best performances or the games with the best matchups, is always a solid game plan. I can tell you every scout probably wants to see the ones who can rise to capture the moment, those are exciting ones to see.
In that vein let’s Instead of a traditional ‘All-Tournament’ team, where someone might get left out. Let’s create a working list or a living document where I encourage all to DM me, if a name doesn’t appear below that should be. Therefore, this is a watch-list, where we all should have these prospects on our radars to keep checking back in overtime. They are after all freshman with a lot of growth and development to come in the near future.
