One of the most impressive players at the Clash, Crawford has a mature frame, long arms and a swooping style. He covers a lot of ground with each bounce, slashing into the lane from the wing. This is an athlete to watch. He’s got great DNA. He has a brother who plays football at Iowa and a sister who plays volleyball at Wisconsin.
Hoyt Hoffline
Hoyt Hoffline
Talk about length. The twins from Paola have it. Hoyt blocked shots and made his presence felt at the defensive end. When he pulled in offensive rebounds, he kept the ball high and finished with a high release. He has great wingspan and showed good coordination with the ball.
Lane Hoffline
Lane Hoffline
Like his brother, Lane is long and thin, but doesn’t let himself get pushed around. He ran the floor and played hard, asserting himself in the post on offense. Defensively he knows how to use his length to affect shots. The Hoffline twins are a story to watch as they develop.

McConnell is a big, well-built athlete who plays inside and out for LTD Select. Because they don’t have a lot of height, he plays some in the paint at both ends. McConnell is best when running on the wing, where he is a dangerous shooter and cutter. He can handle the ball and shoot the three, so his versatility is a strength. But when needed in the paint, he rebounded and scored from the midrange with power.
Keimani Paul
Keimani Paul
Paul is one of the most intriguing players to watch develop. He was called on to play quite a bit of varsity for Topeka West as a freshman and showed he could handle that level of competition. He’s a leaper who works hard to rebound and affect shots. He is honing a more well-rounded game, so watch for him to develop a lot this summer.
Tyler Schuknecht
Tyler Schuknecht
This guy plays even taller than 6-foot-5. When he is working hard in the paint, he affects everything with his length. He moves very well for his size and plays with a chip on his shoulder. He demonstrated good coordination and agility. Olathe East graduated a ton of height from last year, so watch for Schuknecht to get an opportunity to play next season.
