Continue ReadingBen is the least developed of the three bigs at Evangel but has started to turn the corner and become more than just a project big. Mukadi is physically developed and built like a grown man. He’s explosive around the bucket and rebounds at a high rate. Look for him to step up and fill the void left by losing Cyr to graduation.
Campbell had a big season with multiple 30 point and 15 rebound performances for Western Hills. Javeon is an old school post player who is most comfortable playing with his back to the basket and can score over either shoulder in the post. Look for him to start drawing attention from colleges this AAU season.
Young is not as big as Campbell or Mukadi but is the most skilled of the three as he’s an excellent passer with good court vision. Cannon needs to do a better job of being aggressive on the glass and boosting his rebounding numbers but he had several double-doubles this past season. Look for ‘Big Country” to work his way onto college radars this summer.
Lual is the biggest prospect in the class and has shown potential as a rim runner on offense and rim protector on the defensive end. His overall skill set has a ways to go but Ayiei has already shown that he’s willing to step out and shoot the three ball.
Graham is well built and has obviously spent some time in the weight room at Saint X. He has flashed some ability to push the ball in the open court after a rebound. Krezmien hasn’t had a lot of opportunity to do more than sit on the block for the Tigers but he does possess some legitimate skill and is a bit of a sleeper in Louisville.
