This is the most prestigious honor that Indiana High School Basketball players can achieve to cap off their senior seasons. 13 of the best seniors have been selected to represent the Hoosier state in the annual All-Star series against the best in Kentucky. A game against the Indiana Junior All-Stars will take place on June 7th followed by the home-and-home series against Kentucky on June 9th and 10th. Soon, the Indiana Mr. Basketball award winner will be announced as well earning the honor of donning the #1 uniform during the All-Star series. Now, let’s take a look at your 2023 Indiana All-Star team.
Almodovar averaged 17.5 points per game while shooting over 50% from three-point range on 65 makes to help lead Noblesville to the Sectional 8 championship this season. The athletic left-handed guard will play his college basketball at Saint Francis.
A McDonald’s All-American and Michigan State signee, the 6’11” five-star forward averaged 15.2 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 1.9 blocked shots per game for Cathedral. As a junior, Booker helped lead the Fighting Irish to winning the Class 4A state title.
Highlights
The likely front-runner to wear the coveted #1 jersey, Burton averaged an incredible 30.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 3.3 steals per game as Penn made it to the Semi-State final before falling to Kokomo. Burton, a Notre Dame signee, finished his career with 2,273 career points which places him 20th all-time in the state of Indiana.
The future Purdue Boilermaker became Heritage Christian’s all-time leading scorer with 1,573 career points. Colvin averaged 19.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game this season for the Eagles.

Doughty was at the center of Ben Davis’ dominant 33-0 state championship season. The 6’9″ center who recently reopened his recruitment following the coaching change at Valparaiso averaged 13.5 points, 9.2 rebounds and 2.8 blocked shots per game.
Highlights
Hart led Linton-Stockton to the Class 2A state championship game while averaging 23.7 points per game and shooting 39.9% from beyond the arc. The Central Florida signee finished his illustrious career with 1,901 points and brought home four sectional championships for the Miners.

Imes decommitted from Penn State following head coach Micah Shrewsberry’s move to Notre Dame. The 6’4″ point guard averaged 16.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game.
One of the more versatile offensive players in the state, this 6’7″ Ball State recruit averaged 19.6 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game this season for the Vikings.

An elite shooter who connected on 79 three-pointers at a 37.3% clip, Lux averaged 21.5 points per game for Crown Point. The 6’4″ guard is headed to play at Bellarmine next season.

Raasch was excellent this season while helping lead NorthWood to a Class 3A state championship. The Grace signee averaged 15.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game while scoring with incredible efficiency.
Roberts, a future Vanderbilt Commodore, led Bloomington North to back-to-back Regional championships and finished out his career averaging 19.6 points and 7.6 rebounds per game as a senior.

The raw counting numbers may not jump off the page, but running the show in the backcourt for a 33-0 Class 4A state championship team makes you an obvious All-Star selection. The Nicholls State recruit averaged 9.8 points, 6.1 assists, and 2.2 steals per game.
