Here is a list of the Upperclassmen Standouts from Prep Hoops Illinois Prospect Camp that was held in Romeoville over the weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874670' first='Aidan' last='Parker'] 2023 6'5 Robinson HS

Aidan is a very active forward who has a really good frame fit for the college level. His productivity on the court was phenomenal as he controlled the pace most of the time. He took bigger defenders off the dribble and scored through contact. When on the perimeter off the ball he made several threes on the day. Defensively he blocked several shots and showed his talents the best when he got rebounds and was able to push the ball in transition. Parker can become an instant impact on the JUCO/small school side.

[player_tooltip player_id='1295610' first='Luke' last='Matan'] 2024 Geneva HS

Luke played better and better as the day went on. A bigger forward who made shot after shot after shot. Skilled on the wing can handle some on the perimeter. Matan has good basketball instincts on defense as well rotation on the flight of the ball. I can see Luke having a really good spring season.

T'jae Montgomery 2023 Belleville East

Very quick guard that can get to the rim off his first step. What I like about T'jae was his extra burst in the open court, weaving though guys with his eyes up looking to hit guys on the run. Montgomery is a guard who could flourish after two seasons in JUCO.

[player_tooltip player_id='1598722' first='James' last='Clay'] 2023 6'1 St. Patrick

Clay is a basketball savvy player. He picked spots in the game where he can make an impact. James showed how well he can guard swiping several steals in the event. He can shoot from three but is a better mid-range and attacking guard. Small schools should be on him.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874744' first='Jordan' last='Lacey'] 2024 6'0 Belleville West

Lacey is a strong guard who is very athletic when driving to the rim. He was at his best getting downhill and soaring for dunks that most people in the gym heard. Jordan can make plays for his teammates because he draws so much attention and can power through hands swiping at him. With added attention to his shot this spring he will become a can't miss college prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='1598697' first='Edvin' last='Bosnjak'] 2023 6'9 Schaumburg

Bosnjak is a stretch 4 or 5 man depending on how coaches use him. He has great range from the three-point line. Edvin is still picking up the game but what he is sound at is picking and popping on the perimeter. At times he showed he can take two dribbles and finish at the rim. He has solid hands around the basket. He is a talent that's hard to find still uncommitted.
