The 6-0 junior shooting guard had an electrifying high school season for Shelby County, as he averaged 16.6 points per game and made a team-high 97 3-pointers. Despite his high school team going 8-16 during the season teams were aware of where Ritchey was going to become a threat from the perimeter. Ritchey has a great catch and release that will be worth noting as he takes the floor at the Grit Region Kick Off this weekend.
Highlights
The 6-4 junior small forward is a viable three level scorer and has the ability to keep possessions alive with his length and athleticism. Edwards is a double-double machine and does his best work around the rim. Edwards is an unselfish player as well as he is always looking to make the extra pass.
Highlights
The 6-4 shooting guard can play multiple positions on the floor and is one of the top scorers you will find this weekend at the Grit Region Kick Off. He plays an all-around game whether it’s his defensive presence, rebounding or initiating the offense. Mercer can finish around the rim in transition or step up from beyond the arc. Mercer is also very strong and is unafraid to finish with contact and can get to the free throw line on occasion.
Highlights
The 6-1 combo guard will be a name to watch this weekend at the Grit Region Kick Off. Levis has the intangibles to play both guard positions on the offensive end and can score in a variety of ways. Levis is at his best when he is scoring off the bounce and provides a mental toughness to his game. Levis was named to the All-Ohio Second Team during the high school season and averaged over 15 points per game this season for Lutheran West.
The 6-2 junior combo guard is a coveted prospect who can score on all three levels. His ability to finish around the rim has taken a big step as he gears up for his final Grassroots season. He is a sensational rebounder for his size averaging nearly four rebounds per game this season at Daviess County.
