2023 [player_tooltip player_id='1462778' first='Tate' last='Van Regenmorter'] (Western Christian)
Stats: 16.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 19-40 FG (47.5%), 7-16 3P (43.8%), 3-3 FT (100%)

An efficient combo forward who showed the ability to score inside and out as well as create plays for his teammates, Van Regenmorter took over in the second half of the Wolfpack's semifinal win over Roland-Story and helped carry his team to another championship appearance.

2023 [player_tooltip player_id='1167703' first='Sage' last='Evans'] (West Harrison)
Stats: 14.0 points, 15.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.5 steals, 10-22 FG (45.5%), 2-2 3P (100%), 6-6 FT (100%)

The man was the majestic, curly mullet has been one of the best rebounders in the state for the last few years, and he showed the state the same thing last week. He was dominant in the Hawkeyes' blowout win over Dunkerton in the quarterfinals, finishing with 11 points and 21 rebounds, and his toughness led a West Harrison team that surprised many with their play.

2023 [player_tooltip player_id='1239871' first='Luke' last='Patton'] (Roland-Story)
Stats: 16.5 points, 16.5 rebounds, 1.5 steals, 2.0 blocks, 13-22 FG (59.1%), 0-4 3P (0%), 7-10 FT (70%)

Patton's effort on the glass alone in the Norsemen's win over Kuemper in the quarters would've landed him on one of these teams. He was absolutely dominant in that game, finishing with 25 points and 22 rebounds, with 19 points and 18 rebounds coming in the second half.

2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1751215' first='Reggie' last='Postel'] (North Polk)
Stats: 18.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 steals, 15-32 FG (46.9%), 6-13 3P (46.2%), 1-2 FT (50%)

North Polk nearly pulled off an upset of Bondurant-Farrar, with the Comets leading for nearly 75% of the game, and Postel was the biggest reason why. He was a terror on the defensive end throughout the week, using his quickness and length to get into passing lanes, and he showed a smooth perimeter stroke and the ability to create his own looks.

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1381422' first='Curtis' last='Stinson Jr']. (Valley)
Stats: 13.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 15-29 FG (51.7%), 2-7 3P (28.6%), 7-10 FT (70%)

Stinson, pictured, may not have had the eye-popping stat lines that some of the other players had last week, but he was fantastic in Valley's 4A title run on both ends of the floor. He's a physical defender with great size and strength for a young guard, and he has fantastic court vision. An efficient scorer who picks his spots, he can score from all three levels or create for his teammates at a high level.

Fourth Team

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1759937' first='Collin' last='Homan'] (Remsen, St. Mary's)
Stats: 14.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 11-18 FG (61.1%), 7-11 FT (63.6%)

The 6-5 forward was great for the Hawks in their two games, showing good footwork, hands, and touch around the bucket. He's a paint enforcer on the defensive end as well who is the anchor of a St. Mary's defense that was among the best in the state all year.

2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1751110' first='Reece' last='Vander Zee'] (Central Lyon)
Stats: 15.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.3 steals, 20-39 FG (51.3%), 5-14 3P (35.7%), 2-5 FT (40%)

Vander Zee shook off a shaky quarterfinal game by being spectacular in the Lions' last two games last week, helping them capture the 2A state title. An athletic forward who can score efficiently inside or stretch the floor, he's a tough matchup at that level with his bounce, length, and skill.

2023 [player_tooltip player_id='956887' first='Cade' last='Kelderman'] (Waukee Northwest)
Stats: 13.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 12-26 FG (46.2%), 5-9 3P (55.6%), 12-13 FT (92.3%)

Kelderman's effort in the Wolves' semifinal win over Waukee in a packed Wells Fargo Arena captures him a spot on the fourth team here. He absolutely dominated that game to the tune of 26 points on 7-10 shooting (4-5 3P, 8-8 FT) and 5 assists.

2023 [player_tooltip player_id='1167689' first='Aidan' last='Yamilkoski'] (Xavier)
Stats: 17.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 14-41 FG (34.2%), 7-23 3P (30.4%), 16-21 FT (76.2%)

Yamilkoski was named captain of the 3A all-tournament team, and he would've landed higher on this Elite All-Tournament list if the efficiency had been a bit better. Still, he showed the ability to score off the dribble or with good off-ball movement, and he filled it up from all three levels.

2023 [player_tooltip player_id='1288894' first='Carter' last='Kuehl'] (Heelan)
Stats: 21.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 16-27 FG (59.3%), 6-14 3P (42.9%), 5-6 FT (83.3%)

Kuehl was great for the Crusaders in their two games, showing fantastic efficiency, a quick release both off the dribble and the catch, and unlimited range on his jumper.
