During his senior season ET incorporated an insane vertical and started dunking even more ferociously. Turner looked like a nightmarish check for opposing players. In the last year [player_tooltip player_id='1039189' first='Devaki' last='Garr'] incorporated the consistent leadership of a point guard with wonderful vision and unselfishness. Earlier in his career Ensworth needed scoring from him more than passing. As he aged into the leadership he adapted to what the program needed. Thomas fell because it seemed he was entirely focused on college football. Though he still is, the rise in the @PrepHoopsTN rankings was unavoidable after Thomas' incredibly impactful playoff run for Brainerd High. He defended a wide area around the rim because he gets off the floor faster than almost any forward in the entire state. He also reads the game quite well when standing near the rim.
