Will Kershaw
Will Kershaw
Will Kershaw is a 6’4 small forward from Marcellus High School and is in the graduating class of 2024. Good athlete, runs the floor well in transition, strong rebounder on both ends of the floor, makes hustle plays while providing good energy for his team. We saw Kershaw in a sectional playoff game and his athleticism was impressive as he caught a dunk in the first quarter as we walked in the gym, one handed finish off of a one foot approach. He was cutting through the lane from the weak side wing and received the pass from the strong side corner, caught the ball in stride and rose up with no dribble, displayed great footwork, balance and explosiveness to be able to finish above the rim in traffic. Kershaw did a good job of finding open space for 3’s against the zone of General Brown, good footwork and quick release.
Tucker Rosbrook
Tucker Rosbrook
Tucker Rosbrook is a 6’7 center from General Brown High School and is in the graduating class of 2023. Rosbrook is tough to handle for defenders in the post, he’s got great footwork and great touch around the rim, seems to know how to pick his spots and set up his shot well. The lefty displayed the ability to consistently score in one on one situations. Defensively he has the ability to disrupt an offense by blocking shots and rebounds very well on both offense and defense. Rosbrook provides an energy boost for his team whenever he steps on the floor, sets the tone and played hard whenever he was on the floor.
Will Burnett
Will Burnett
Will Burnett is a 6’2 guard from Marcellus High School and is in the graduating class of 2024. Burnett plays with high energy and does a lot of things well for his team, he stood out as one of the top players on the floor in the game we saw him play. Offensively he has the ability to drive past defenders and finish through contact in the paint, he also possesses good athleticism and rebounds well for a guard. We saw him snatch a rebound from a defender and go right back up into a put back finish, getting off his feet quickly. Burnett seems to have a good feel for the game, makes good reads and finds open teammates. He also showed the capability to knock down 3’s off the catch and shoots with confidence.
Tucker Burnett
Tucker Burnett
Tucker Burnett is a 6’0 guard from Marcellus High School and is in the graduating class of 2026. The freshman showed the ability to control the game from the point guard position, getting his team in the correct spots before initiating the offense, and communicating well on the defensive end. Good athlete, strong competitor. Great feel for the game, has a ton of potential.
Drew Pauly
Drew Pauly
Drew Pauly is a 5’11 combo guard for General Brown High School and is in the graduating class of 2026. General Brown had a freshman of their own that was playing significant minutes and contributing for his team. Pauly showed the ability to knock down shots from drive and kicks, as well as hit jumpers off the dribble pull up. High basketball IQ, strong communicator on defense and uses positioning well to compete at the varsity level. Tons of potential for the freshman from General Brown.
