Here’s who’s moving on after a fun set of district finals:
SUBSTATE 1
-Seventh-ranked Remsen St. Mary’s (21-2) reigned supreme in District 1 Monday night at Sioux Center High. The Hawks topped South O’Brien, 68-51. Jaxon Bunkers Jaxon Bunkers 5'11" | SF St. Mary's, Remsen | 2023 State IA (15.7 PPG, 5.7 RPG, 5.4 APG) and Collin Homan Collin Homan 6'5" | PF Remsen, St. Mary's | 2025 State IA (15.0 PPG, 7.7 RPG) have been leading them in scoring, rebounding and assists this season.
-Saturday at Le Mars Community, St. Mary’s will take on Gehlen Catholic (20-5), winners of District 2. The Jays edged No. 10 Newell-Fonda, 79-77.

-No. 2 North Linn (23-0) eased into the title game with a 78-45 victory against Maquoketa, 78-45, Tuesday in District 5 at Independence. Junior
