LCA has had a really good year but have their hands full trying to get out of one of the toughest districts in Kentucky. To even get to the region, Saxton will need to have a big role. An excellent passer, Howard is crafty and has shot the ball really well this season, almost 40% from three. If he can get hot next week, LCA could make a rare trip to the region tournament.
Woodford has endured an up and down season but still have the offensive firepower to make a run in the next couple of weeks. To do that, Jaunte will need to be a reliable offensive weapon for the Jackets. Jenkins has been a solid option for Woodford all season but if he can squeeze in a couple of 15-20 point games in the next few weeks, they can be a factor in the 8th.

Dunn is part of a young and talented core for Station. Ethan’s primary role is to play lock up defense on the ball but if he can ramp up his offense and improve his shooting percentages, Ethan can get Station back to the regional tournament and possibly win a game or two.

People have cooled on Great Crossing since they dropped a couple of late season games but they are still more than capable of winning the 11th region. To do so, they need Gage to be the lights out shooter he has been in the past. Richardson has still shot 37% from three but has the potential to shoot near 50% when he’s hot. If Gage can do that, Great Crossing will be at Rupp Arena in March.
North Laurel generally lives and dies with the play of presumptive Mr Basketball Reed Sheppard Reed Sheppard 6’3″ | PG North Laurel | 2023 State #22 Nation KY but Rawlings is one of the keys to a Rupp Arena run for the Jags. Colton predominantly shoots threes and has been hitting shots at 40% from deep this season. If he can maintain or even improve that number, North could cash their ticket to Rupp.
