Info: Congrats to the Squirrels on the perfect regular season! With the win over Sargent County, CC locked up the #1 seed for Region 1. Stat leaders from the SC victory: [player_tooltip player_id='1176197' first='Mason' last='Bosse'] 19 pts, 1 reb, 3 ast, [player_tooltip player_id='1144577' first='Carter' last='Vrchota'] 16 pts, 4 reb, [player_tooltip player_id='1617813' first='Cole' last='Holzer'] 14 pts, 9 reb, [player_tooltip player_id='1111886' first='Sam' last='Kobbervig'] 9 pts, 3 reb, 5 ast, [player_tooltip player_id='1176208' first='Eli' last='Buhr'] 9 pts, 4 reb, 1 ast.

Info: The Indians picked up two great wins this past week and they appear to be running at full tilt. Expect 4Winds to dominate in the Region Tournament. Scoring leaders vs. Harvey-Wells County: [player_tooltip player_id='1144580' first='Deng' last='Deng'] 30 pts, [player_tooltip player_id='1185124' first='Wade' last='Nestell'] 12, [player_tooltip player_id='1138899' first='Kelson' last='Keja'] 12.

Info: The District 12 Tournamnet is underway and the Lions are 2-0. In the Berthold win they were led by [player_tooltip player_id='1189452' first='Ramsey' last='Walz'] 15 pts, [player_tooltip player_id='1138815' first='Brady' last='Feller'] 11 pts, [player_tooltip player_id='2053544' first='Colton' last='Feller'] 8 pts, [player_tooltip player_id='1632649' first='Hayden' last='Seay'] 8 pts.

Last Week: WIN 73-68 at Wilton-Wing

Info: The Skyhawks are the #1 seed heading into the Region 5 Tournament. However, they did have a bit of a road scare on Saturday. Shiloh was down by 10 points at halftime. They had a great 3rd quarter and fought back marvelously. Wilton-Wing looks like a team with all guards, they could not handle the Skyhawks inside. In the 4th quarter, Shiloh did a nice job of feeding their Twin Towers, [player_tooltip player_id='1138746' first='Jay' last='Wanzek'] & [player_tooltip player_id='1372160' first='Atticus' last='Wilkinson']. The BIGs caught low and scored without a ton of resistance. Shiloh faced some adversity on Saturday, but they rallied and came away with the win. Are they ready to go for the postseason?

Last Week: WIN 70-60 at Heart River, WIN 61-58 vs. Hettinger-Scranton

Info: Region 7 looks to be the toughest and deepest Region in Class B. It is going to be a hard-fought battle just to get to the semifinals, let alone State. If anyone can do it, the Bulldogs are a good team to bet on. They play a fast-paced and fun style of basketball. They move the ball very well and they shoot the triple at a high rate.

Info: The Bulldogs have two losses on the year and both come from Region 1 teams. Sargent County is the #2 seed heading into the postseason. I imagine that they will be looking for revenge at NDSCS! In the Central Cass game, the Bulldogs were led by [player_tooltip player_id='1551198' first='Josh' last='Wittich'] 20 pts, 8 reb, [player_tooltip player_id='1693907' first='Gaven' last='Christianson'] 15 pts, 5 reb, 1 ast, [player_tooltip player_id='1145108' first='Luke' last='Martinson'] 13 pts, 3 reb, 3 ast.

Info: The Miners had a great win at Hazen on Friday. You know the tension is high whenever these two teams play. They are natural rivals and the Region Tournamnet is played in Hazen this year, so this was a huge game leading up to tourney time. [player_tooltip player_id='1186850' first='Tarren' last='Larson'] had a great game vs. the Bison. He showed some excellent moves around the rim and a soft touch finishing. He was physical and disruptive on defense. On Saturday, the Miners hit the road and played against the Indians in their home gym. It did not go the Miners way but it was a good learning experience. Scoring leaders from Saturday's game: [player_tooltip player_id='1144979' first='Champ' last='Hettich'] 14 pts, [player_tooltip player_id='1144977' first='Trace' last='Beauchamp'] 9 pts, [player_tooltip player_id='1186850' first='Tarren' last='Larson'] 9 pts.

The Tommies did not play a North Dakota team this past week but they took care of business against the Green Wave from EGF. Thompson is not super deep but they are super talented. Stat leaders for the Tommies: [player_tooltip player_id='1705523' first='Drew' last='Overby'] 17.5 3.1 rpb, 2.5 apg, 2.4 spg, [player_tooltip player_id='1145544' first='Jake' last='Starcevic'] 16.3 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 4.3 apg, 2.6 spg, [player_tooltip player_id='1165392' first='Karter' last='Peterson'] 11.9 ppg, 8.7 rpg, 1.6 apg, .7 spg, [player_tooltip player_id='1371547' first='Brayden' last='Wolfgram'] 7.1 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 5.2 apg, 2.2 spg, [player_tooltip player_id='1705524' first='Gavin' last='Krogstad'] 4 ppg, 4.4 rpg, .5 apg, .4 spg.

Last week: WIN 76-37 at Drayton-Valley-Edinburg

Info: The Eagles have two losses on the season and they both come from Region 2 teams (Thompson, Grafton). I have a feeling that the Eagles have their sights set on both in postseason play! North Border has one more regular season game to go, they play at Midway-Minto tonight. Eagle scoring from the DVE win: [player_tooltip player_id='1050261' first='TJ' last='Cosley'] 19 pts, [player_tooltip player_id='1126978' first='Ayden' last='Stainbrook'] 19 pts, [player_tooltip player_id='1165355' first='Grant' last='Cosley'] 17 pts, Kyle Thomas 8 pts, [player_tooltip player_id='1180870' first='Grayson' last='Ohmann'] 6 pts.

Big congrats to [player_tooltip player_id='1050261' first='TJ' last='Cosley'] on scoring over 1,500 career points!

#10 Ellendale (11-8)

(11-8 instead of 18-1 due to forfeits)

There were two forfeits for the Cardinals as of last week's poll. Since then, five additional forfeits have been added. All seven games took place in the first half of the season, all in large margin leads when an ineligible JV player entered the game. Ellendale remains the top seed in their District Tournament, as most of the forfeits involved games outside of district play.
