North Penn (6) vs. Plymouth Whitemarsh (3): North Penn's dynamic duo ofNorman Gee and [player_tooltip player_id='1577629' first='Ryan' last='Deininger'] will look to pull off a major upset Friday night and keep their season rolling. Those two will get support from Mario Sgro who can knock down jumpers from all over the court. Running the floor for PW (Suburban One League champions) is the three headed monster of stretch-4 [player_tooltip player_id='1188211' first='Qudire' last='Bennett'], scoring combo guard [player_tooltip player_id='1123895' first='Chase' last='Coleman'] and point-god [player_tooltip player_id='1116013' first='Jaden' last='Colzie']. Slasher wing [player_tooltip player_id='1589161' first='Jahseir' last='Sayles'] provides additional perimeter production. Meanwhile in the paint, double-double machine Lincoln Sharpe(6'5”)and 6'7” Rodney Willis dominate for “P-Dub”.

Garnet Valley (8) vs. Spring Ford (1): This contest will be an intriguing clash of styles as Garnet wants to play a half-court game while Spring Ford thrives in an up-tempo style. Garnet's first option is 3-level scoring guard Jake Sniras, a top 2025 prospect. Running with Sniras are seniors [player_tooltip player_id='1185982' first='Max' last='Koehler'] (York College commit) and Logan McKee. Spring Ford (PAC champions) will need to guard that trio tightly on the perimeter as they will launch from well beyond the arc. On offense, Spring Ford's fast pace is led byshooting guard phenom [player_tooltip player_id='1460771' first='Jacob' last='Nguyen'] (16 ppg.; 61 3PM) and standout combo guard [player_tooltip player_id='1281774' first='EJ' last='Campbell'] (12.5 ppg.). Nguyen can torch the nets with his jumper from anywhere on the court.Campbell is a playmaker at both ends of the court. Also, for SF, keep an eye on 6'4” sophomore Tommy Kelly.

Upper Darby (10) vs. Lower Merion (2): LM won both regular season matchups between these two Central League foes. But both games were tight until the final minutes. Upper Darby is again underdog, but they have the talent to pull off an upset this time around. Guards [player_tooltip player_id='1382970' first='Nadir' last='Myers'] and Yassir Joyner are straight bucket getters. On the interior forward [player_tooltip player_id='1202039' first='Niymire' last='Brown'] is a beast. He bullied his way to 28 points in UD's District 1 opening round win.On the LM side, Penn commit [player_tooltip player_id='991391' first='Sam' last='Brown'] (18 ppg.) spearheads their potent five-guard lineup. If opponents attempt to double team Brown, then shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='1472576' first='Sam' last='Wright'] is more than capable of putting up 20+ points. Floor general [player_tooltip player_id='1382972' first='Justin' last='Poles'], combo guard Teddy Pendergrass and Swiss Army knife prospect John Mobley complete the Aces talented first five.

Downingtown West (5) vs. Central Bucks East (4): CB East (20+ wins; SOL runner ups) is the higher seed in this contest, but most hoop heads would agree that D-West (20+ wins; Ches-Mont Champs) is the favorite on paper. CB East's lineup features extraordinarily versatile wing prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1045684' first='Jacob' last='Cummiskey'] as well as 3-point snipers Tyler Dandrea and Kyle Berndt. So, they are legit. However, D-West can beat opponents in so many ways. Point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1116019' first='Dylan' last='Blair'] (Army commit) is one of the top transition players in the area. As a bonus Blair can splash triples all night. Talented stretch-4 [player_tooltip player_id='1379429' first='Donovan' last='Fromhartz'] is a highly sought after 2025 prospect. Senior shooting guard Joey Suarez is an automatic shooter with a quick trigger. 6'6” senior forward Kelly Bell has posted several double-doubles this season.
