4A Dark Horse Teams

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>4A is slim this year one more time before they bring more teams in next year. With a few teams up top that should make for a solid Final 4 we take a dive a little further into the teams that could cause some issues and make a run. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Pine View</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With a solid duo to really lean on this team might give someone a run. Griffen Shepard is quietly putting up some big time numbers averaging almost 20 PPG and he is doing it all over the floor. He gets about 5 rebounds a game and he also dishes out about 5 assist a game. With him hitting like 3 or so three pointers he could get hot and really open the floor up. In the last seven games he has really played well. Nash Schroder is an under the radar PG that can go. Have seen him at a few camps this year playing against other top talent in the city and he holds his own. Nash is a stat stuffing PG that has been on a tear the last two games. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Crimson Cliffs</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Cliffs is starting to play well at the right time. [player_tooltip player_id='1116097' first='Jordan' last='Eaton'] is one matchup issue because he is such a big and strong lead guard. Jordan can take players off the dribble as well as shoot but what really helps him on both ends of the floor is physicality. [player_tooltip player_id='935894' first='Phoenix' last='McWillis'] has been playing well down the stretch here and is he gets into double digits that means he is playing free and getting out n the break That is what Crimson Cliffs can do to a team. [player_tooltip player_id='934033' first='Houston' last='Johnsen'] could really be a difference maker. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Bear River</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another team with a duo that can hurt you. Bridger Barfuss and Gehrig Marble are both putting up good numbers. This is a team that can get hot in a hurry and rattle off a lot of points from beyond the arc. If you look at their schedule they have played and beaten some solid teams. Not a fun team to play in the 1st round for sure. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
