Olympus (UT) has been surging but the field is deep. Could argue for them. Fergus (MT) does not play anyone outside of the state no true measuring stick. RSL Academy (UT) with their injury to their top guard they will have trouble although they are stacked. Lapiwai (ID) They haven’t played anyone. They need to be in Section 7 next year or leave the state and play in California or Nevada. It will help their recruiting.
#1 AZ Compass (AZ)
Mookie Cook, Zayden High and Jordan Ross Jordan Ross 6'3" | PG Pleasant Grove | 2023 UT are really clocking and playing at a high level. This one is a no brainer. They play anywhere against anyone at any time.
#2 Perry (AZ)
Impressive play with only one loss this season that they probably do not lose again even if they played 10 times again. Ben Egbo is a really good big guard. Koa Peat is one of the best in the country regardless of class. Good luck stopping him.
#3 Wasatch Academy (UT)
Team has a loaded roster. with Jeremiah Johnson Jeremiah Johnson 6'4" | PG Wasatch Academy | 2024 UT playing at a high level again. RJ Jones RJ Jones 6'3" | SG Wasatch Academy | 2023 State #70 Nation UT is as good a SG as there are in the country. Osiris Grady Osiris Grady 6'8" | C Wasatch Academy | 2023 State UT is big time down in the post and so is CBO Newton. NIBC team with a lot of talent.
#4 Liberty (NV)
Gelo Kambala is one of the smoothest PG’s out West and he is heading to Southern Utah. DJ Thomas in the backcourt with him makes a stellar combo.
#5 Bishop Gorman (NV)
One of the traditional powers is always in the mix. John Mobley Jr. and Jase Richards also make for a tough backcourt. Two dynamic guards. Keanan Bey and Eli Bradly really make this team a tough team to play with.
#6 Lake City (ID)
The big fella Blake Buchanan Blake Buchanan 6'10" | PF Lake City | 2023 State #172 Nation ID that is headed to Virginia is on another level. Kolton Mitchell Kolton Mitchell 6'1" | PG Lake City | 2023 State ID is a steal over at Idaho State.
#7 Corner Canyon (UT)
Max Toombs Max Toombs 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT is playing out of his mind. Brody Kozlowski Brody Kozlowski 6'8" | SF Corner Canyon | 2024 State #103 Nation UT ‘s national stock continues to rise and not they have a D1PG in Jaxson Roberts Jaxson Roberts 6'2" | PG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT who was just offered by Cal Poly. This team wrecked everyone in AZ and they just always play anyone. Lost to Owyhee without their best player.
#8 Accelerated Prep (CO)
Baye Fall is a game changer and no matter what team he is on he will make them good.
#9 Coronado (NV)
Sebastian Mack heading to UCLA is a dude!. Coronado can hang with anyone. Josiah Cunningham provides some solid shooting out in the perimeter.
#10 Hillcrest (ID)
Isaac Davis Isaac Davis 6'8" | PF Hillcrest | 2024 State #140 Nation ID is really good. If he was playing in a big city he would be going viral everywhere with how many people he has put on a poster this year.
#11 Dream City Christian (AZ)
David Tubek heading to Memphis is a stud. Christian Hammond is heading to Santa Clara and he runs that show very well.
#12 Owyhee (ID)
Liam Campbell Liam Campbell 6'5" | SG Owyhee | 2024 State #154 Nation ID is really good but they get great play from everyone else like Titus Bailey Titus Bailey 6'3" | SG Owyhee | 2023 State ID and Jackson Rasmussen Jackson Rasmussen 6'7" | SF Owyhee | 2025 State #260 Nation ID . This team is super tough.
#13 Cyprus (UT)
One of the best PG with an unreal motor out there in Utah is Quentin Meza Quentin Meza 6'0" | PG Cyprus | 2023 State UT . This team can shoot lights out.
#14 Hillcrest Prep (AZ)
Jason Asemota is an early commit over at Baylor and Aiden Sherelle has been a great transfer that came over from Utah. He has been rising
#15 American Fork (UT)
This team has a lot of size with Blake Rawson Blake Rawson 6'8" | PF American Fork | 2024 State UT , Aaron Dunne Aaron Dunne 6'9" | C American Fork | 2023 State UT , Kean Webb Kean Webb 6'10" | C American Fork | 2023 State UT . They have good guards in Tiger Cuff Tiger Cuff 6'4" | CG American Fork | 2024 State UT and Ashton Wallace Ashton Wallace 6'4" | CG American Fork | 2023 State UT . They beat Sunrise Christian earlier this year.
#16 Durango (NV)
Tylen Riley is one of the best CG’s in the state of Nevada. Taj DeGourville has some great size for a SG.
#17 Fossil Ridge (CO)
Nick Randall is a tough player to guard at 6’7. FR has posted some good wins against some of the best teams in the state.
#18 Iornwood (AZ)
Very well coached team that has played some good teams all year and out of state as well. One of those teams that plays fundamental on both ends of the floor.
#19 Colorado Prep (CO)
Baye Nudongo is a man out there. He is headed to Rutgers which is going to be a good spot for him to develop as a 4 or 5 at the next level. Colorado Prep is always deep.
#20 Alta (UT)
Alta has emerged as a sleeping GIANT as they are getting great play from Jaxon Johnson Jaxon Johnson 6'8" | SF Alta | 2024 State #106 Nation UT who has an offer from Utah State and Stanford. Ace Reiser Ace Reiser 6'0" | PG Alta | 2024 State UT has been really good and is a D1 PG.
#21 Desert Pines (NV)
Isiaac Boykins is a good little guard that can shoot and handle a bit. Curtis Coleman is a good young hooper coming up.
#22 ABC Prep (NM)
Best program in the state that is producing and developing talent. Michael Day Michael Day 6'10" | C Middleton | 2023 State ID the transfer from Idaho has been really good. Dylan Chavez is a really good shooting guard for them as well.
#23 Brophy Prep (AZ)
Brophy Prep has some big bodies and they love to play physical. If you are not ready for that they will run over you.
#24 Rock Canyon (CO)
Solid team that plays the right way Gavin Hershberger is a solid and steady PG.
#25 Pocatello (ID)
Barley made the list but here they are and Boise State Commit is playing out of his mind and that is Julian Bowie Julian Bowie 6'3" | SG Pocatello | 2024 State #227 Nation ID .
