Continue ReadingHis presence was felt on the defensive end of the floor, blocking shots at a high rate while staying out of foul trouble. Offensively he still has a ways to go but we like the fact that he is a gifted passer from the high post which only helps his team dominate the paint with their bigs.
He made his mark on the defensive side of the ball in the second half, applying constant pressure to the opposing PG which caused some turnovers and rushed possessions. He has good lateral quickness, plays the game with a high level of passion and is one of the more unselfish players that you will see.
Highlights
His improvement from last season is one of the reasons why the falcons have gotten off to such an outstanding start. He knocked down the mid-range shot with more confidence and was solid getting the ball up court and getting his team into their sets.
Zicareian McNeil

A knock down shooter that caught fire early on in their matchup with FA, He provided an early spark which only gave his squad more confidence about their ability to compete. His shooting mechanics were impressive as well as the fact that he did not try to force things too often on the offensive side of the ball.
Jaiden Shepard

Provided a nice amount of production inside the paint and the early experience of varsity action that he is receiving will only help him as he goes into his junior season. He has good size at about 6’3, can score inside and out, and is still only scratching the surface of how good he can be.
Led the way in scoring and rebounding for his team in their matchup with 71st HS. They struggled as a team with their perimeter shooting which allowed him to make a high impact inside the paint and he used his strength to defend the opposing post players. Schools that are looking for a player that doesn’t mind doing the dirty work and still has a solid amount of upside should give him a call.
Cameron Shelton
Cameron Shelton
A player that is bouncing back from injury, he plays a nice role for his squad and provided another post presence in their matchup with LHS. He does all the small things that you love to see from a forward such as: crashing the boards, setting strong screens, boxing out, and creating extra opportunities with his ability to grab offensive rebounds.
