Continue ReadingThe value that he brings to his team was on full display in this matchup on both ends of the floor. He played all five positions, scored close to half of the total points for his team, rebounded the ball well, blocked shots and gave it everything he had the entire night.
Provided a nice second scoring punch for his team, finishing with 20 Points on the day. The sophomore continues to show the potential that he has to be a prospect for the next level with his ability to score and his athleticism.
Since his return back to Richmond, he’s been on a mission, dominating in just about every game they have played but their latest matchup against Union Pines ended up being a career night for him as well as another dominant win for his team. He scored a career-high of 41 Points on 22 field goal attempts as well as passing 1,000 points for his high school career. School at the high major level are recruiting him hard and it doesn’t take a long time to see why as he is a very skilled player that can score the ball at a high level, especially from the perimeter.
Highlights
This young man has a chance to be as good as he wants to be and on several occasions over the past few years, he’s shown his full potential. Their matchup against BBA was another one of those occasions as he put together one of his better stat lines of the year with 31 Points and 10 Rebounds in the win.
His stock continues to rise and their matchup with Overhills showcased some of the reasons why schools at the D1 level are showing a high amount of interest. He scored a game-high of 25 Points, making several plays above the rim and rebounding the ball at a high level. His motor is one of the attributes that clearly sets him apart from others, he doesn’t take plays off, crashes the boards on both ends and continues to improve with his perimeter shooting.
