The Burlington County Tournament bracket is up and should be exciting as teams are looking to take home the County Tournament title. Here are the Burlington County Tournament Royal bracket players to watch.
Tye Dorset Tye Dorset 6'3" | SG Lenape | 2024 State NJ , 6’3 SG Lenape 2024
Dorset has been electric for the Indians this season as he has five 20-point games the season. The lanky 6’3 guard has a good first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and get to the basket. Dorset is more than just a slasher as he has a nice release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. He is a solid rebounder and makes plays on the defensive end. Dorset is a two-way guard prospect who should continue to put up big numbers for Lenape in the county tournament.
David Gheysens David Gheysens 6'4" | SG Moorestown | 2023 State NJ , 6’4 SG Moorestown 2023
Gheysens is a player to watch for the Quakers as he sets the tone for their offense on the perimeter. The 6’4 guard has a clean shooting stroke as he wastes little motion and rarely takes bad shots. Gheyens moves well without the ball in his hands and is a good finisher around the basket. He has an underrated handle and gets deflections on the defensive end. Gheysens’ ability to stretch the floor is something that will be key for Moorestown in the Burlington County Tournament.
Kazi Fontaine, 5’11 CG Pemberton 2023
Fontaine does a little bit of everything for the Hornets and is a reason that they are 10-2 on the season. The 5’11 guard attacks the basket with a purpose as he is a strong finisher around the basket and does not mind contact. Fontaine knows how to get to his spot on the floor and plays under control within the flow of the offense. He is a strong rebounder for a guard and plays with quick hands on the defensive end. Fontaine’s versatility is something that will help his stock throughout the rest of the 2022-23 season.
Noah Harvey, 5’8 PG Cinnaminson 2025
Harvey runs the show for the Pirates and has directed them to a perfect 11-0 start so far this season. The 5’8 guard has a quick release on his jumper and can make opponents pay for giving him space on the perimeter. Harvey has a nice handle, which he uses to get into the lane and get his teammates involved in the half court. He is an underrated rebounder and gets steals on the defensive end. Harvey is looking to maintain Cinnaminson’s perfect season as the Pirates look to make a deep run in the state and county tournaments.
Jack Orendac, 6’2 SG Rancocas Valley 2023
Orendac has been the go-to guy for the Devils, especially after starting the season with 20 against Camden. The 6’2 guard shoots the ball with confidence from behind the arc and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Orendac sets his feet before he shoots and moves well without the ball in his hands. He has an underrated handle and moves his feet on the defensive end. Orendac’s shooting is something that will help Rancocas Valley make a deep run in the county tournament.
