Recently we asked our followers on Twitter who they thought had the best Mid-Range game in the state and some of the answers were right on point. Here is a list of a few of the players we have tabbed as the best Mid-Range scorers.

Ace has been doing this for years as he has that footwork down and he uses his pivots at an elite level. He has the stop and pop down and he can also work his way to the elbows and that free-throw-line area with his shifty moves and quickness. Float game is insane as he has a variety of push shots and runners he can go to as he does have a deep bag. He is tough cover because you cannot play too high or give him too much space and that is why his mid-range is killer.

This video shows him dropping bombs from deep but you can see a glimpse at why he is one of the best PG's with D1 game in the Class of 2024.

https://twitter.com/utah_gold/status/1604189766169133056?s=20&t=nCTkusQFTZ1mky_OY7QpZA

Could not agree more with our Twitter coaches and analyst as Hunter has some killer mid-range game. A lot of defenders like to run him off the three-point line and that is when he does go into that mid-range bag. He is almost automatic on the elbows and he loves getting to his spots. One of the most impressive things about his mid-range is that he gets some elite elevation on his shots. A lot of people might wonder why you would run him off the three or why not play him straight up. This video will show you exactly why. Love that he has adjusted his game and will continue to get better.

https://twitter.com/BallerTV/status/1390105874425856005?s=20&t=nCTkusQFTZ1mky_OY7QpZA

Mason is an ELITE mid-range scorer. He somewhat has the mid-range bag of a Carmelo Anthony as he likes to get the ball with his back to the basket and then go to work off of spins or fade-aways. While Mason does have a strong frame he is able to bully some players to get to his position. If he has bigger defenders he can break them down in the perimeter and get to his mid-range after a few moves. as one of the top scorers in the state it is amazing that he does not make more three-pointers but that is why he goes to that sweet mid-post/mid-range spot. In this video you can see him get to those automatic spots.

https://twitter.com/KSLSportsRewind/status/1498397948014518272?s=20&t=nCTkusQFTZ1mky_OY7QpZA

Other Players with Serious Mid-Range Game

[player_tooltip player_id='934030' first='Quentin' last='Meza'] || Cyprus

Aaron Castagnetto || Provo

[player_tooltip player_id='1116154' first='Mason' last='Hunter'] || Skyridge

Kaden Erickson || Syracuse

Jaxon Kereks || Riverton
