On Smith's heels as a high debut was Blue Valley's [player_tooltip player_id='1756338' first='Dean' last='Markes']. <p>The biggest riser in this update was El Dorado guard [player_tooltip player_id='1300857' first='Logan' last='Garner'], who is lighting up opponents for 20 points per game.
