He has good height standing at 6'3 and is laterally quick allowing him to be a lockdown on ball defender. Daundre does a good job of disrupting passing lanes to start breaks. On the offensive end, he is best when near the rim as he is smooth finisher that uses long steps to move around defenders. Daundre is a top 15 senior and a difference maker in the backcourt that RMAC coaches should be looking at.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1151703' first='Radek' last='Homer'] has been a huge reason for Mountain Vista's early season success starting the season 7-0. Radek is a super athletic 6'2 combo-guard who has looked good creating offense for himself and others off of the dribble. He has a knack for getting downhill using a quick first step off the rip or a crossover, then when near the rim he is hard to cutoff or throw off balance as he uses long steps to sneak by defenders. He does a very good job misleading defenders with ball fakes on rip through and his euro steps that leave defenders in the dust.</p>

<p>The Upper Iowa commit has been showing off his ability to lead his team on both ends of the floor this year. While Gavin is not the tallest guard he has a sturdy frame allowing to take contact. On the defensive end of the floor he has been locking down opposing guards when guarding on the ball. Gavin is a knockdown shooter off the catch allowing him to be a threat without the ball in his hands, he can also create looks for himself off of the dribble. Gavin is a true floor general, Upper Iowa got a good one.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='972419' first='Rickey' last='Mitchell'] is leading the state in scoring averaging 28.9 points per game in a swaggy fashion. Rickey is a 6'4 shooting guard who is one of the best shot creator off the dribble in the state. What makes him so hard to guard is his deep shooting range forcing defenders to guard him tightly from beyond three-point range. Rickey keeps the ball on a string toying with defenders to get the best look on jumpshots. Rickey has always been known for his jumper and this season has shown off his ability to score just as well at the rim. He has grown and improved his athleticism allowing him to make tougher shots near the rim over defenders.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1285227' first='Eric' last='Quintana'] had a stock boosted AAU season and has carried over that momentum into the winter. Eric brings great intensity to the hardwood playing hard on both ends. He uses his smaller frame to his advantage getting underneath opponents skin with pesky defense. Eric is a true point guard who sets up teammates for scoring opportunities off the dribble. Eric keeps boosting his stock as he shows consistency playing hard on both ends of the floor.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1284427' first='TaRea' last='Fulcher'] is a floor general who is one of the best finishers through contact in the state. When attacking the rim, he does a good job absorbing contact in the air and contorting his body to get the best finishing angle. Tarea uses his scoring gravity to set up teammates on cuts or kickout to shooters on the perimeter. He has also improved his jumper shooting a solid efficiency from the field. On the defensive end, he is a tough on ball defender who does a good job keeping defenders in front of him. </p>
