#1 Wasatch Academy
The squad is just different and it picks up good wins in the NIBC. Their team might not win every game but their players are getting better and getting exposure every time they set foot on the basketball court. They have some of the top players in the country on their team and they all share the ball and average 10 to 15 points tops per game. Proves that scoring isn’t the only thing that will get you recruited. Jerry Huang Jerry Huang 6'2" | PG Wasatch Academy | 2023 State UT could be a major get at the D2 level.
#2 American Fork
AF had a much needed break as they prepare to take on Santa Margarita, CA in the Damien Classic.
#3 Corner Canyon
CCHS has been stellar as they have played a tough schedule and that continues as CCHS is in Arizona and will open up against Mounatin View, Arizona. Kellen Lewis usually plays out of this world out of state.
#4 Alta
Big time win over Woods Cross as they head to Vegas for the Tarkanian. Ace Reiser Ace Reiser 6'0" | PG Alta | 2024 State UT is starting to really blossom with the Hawks. Carter Doleac Carter Doleac 6'8" | PF Alta | 2024 State UT is one of teh better role playing bigs in the state.
#5 Cyrpus
Big time gritty win over Bingham as they also head to The Damien Classic. They will play against Rolling Hills Prep, CA that will be a tough team for them. Look for Diego Mulford Diego Mulford 5'10" | PG American Fork | 2024 State UT to be a big time player out in California.
#6 Olympus
These Olympus boys have been playing very well. Dutch Dowdell Dutch Dowdell 6'6" | SG Olympus | 2024 State #310 Nation UT is getting it going on Jordan Barnes Jordan Barnes 6'4" | PG Olympus | 2024 State UT is getting everyone involved.
#7 RSL Academy +3
Inserting Stephan Osei and Lyman Simmons Lyman Simmons 6'10" | PF RSL Academy | 2023 State UT at the court at the same time has really given their guards more space to work with off of screen and even in the perimeter.
#8 Layton Christian Academy +3
They will be out in Vegas this weekend and look for Souleyman Barro to have himself a good week.
#9 Sky View -1
This team is better than they get credit for. Tanner Davis Tanner Davis 6'5" | PG Sky View | 2024 State UT and Logan Deal Logan Deal 6'6" | SF Sky View | 2023 State UT are a great duo.
#10 Dixie -1
Really like that this team is leaving their comfort zone to play anyone.
#11 Pleasant Grove
This is the perfect time for PG to make that stride to the team we think they can be. They can lean on Michael Mitton Michael Mitton 6'3" | CG Pleasant Grove | 2023 State UT ‘s great play.
#12 Springville
Slowly and quietly making some moves. Young and talented group here.
#13 Layton
Mekhi Martin Mekhi Martin 6'2" | PG Layton | 2024 State UT has been stellar.
#14 Timpview
James Rust James Rust 6'5" | CG Timpview | 2023 State UT and Dean Rueckert Dean Rueckert 6'7" | SF Timpview | 2026 State UT are big time and could surprise everyone.
#15 Lone Peak
Jaxon Best is proving he can shoot lights out. Chamberlain Burgess Chamberlain Burgess 6'9" | PF Lone Peak | 2025 State #214 Nation UT starting to develop and Ike Staley Ike Staley 6'6" | SG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT is good.
#16 Woods Cross
Mason Bendiger is starting to really play well. He needs more touches moving to the rim. Kaden Eberheart has been one of the better role players on that team.
#17 Farmington
Paul Beattie Paul Beattie 6'9" | PF Farmington | 2024 State UT has been such a good player to build around, especially if you have shooters. Farmington has been better than expected this year.
#18 Fremont
Hunter Hansen Hunter Hansen 6'4" | PG Fremont | 2024 State UT has been carrying the team but when they really spread the scoring they are dangerous.
#19 Westlake
Westlake has been hanging tough. They will have a lot to prove come region.
#20 Snow Canyon
This Owen Mackay Owen Mackay 6'5" | CG Snow Canyon | 2024 State UT led team is different and they way they are playing around Mackay has been impressive.
#21 Juan Diego Catholic
Dorelle Desire and Noah Bendinger Noah Bendinger 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2025 State UT have been great this year and they are getting great minutes from the role players on the squad. Remember this team will play 5A this year in the playoffs.
#22 Lehi
Another team that is quietly doing their thing. Do not sleep on them. Cooper Lewis Cooper Lewis 6'1" | PG Lehi | 2024 State UT is a big time shooter.
#23 Davis
Davis has been good. Love what we are seeing from the youngster Coleman Atwatter and the vet Zach Fisher. Both are college skilled hoopers.
#24 Syracuse
Kaden Ericksen Kaden Ericksen 6'2" | CG Syracuse | 2023 State UT still has not reached his potential this year so beware and stay tuned this team can really go.
#25 Cottonwood
Here they come and they are led by Chris Cox Chris Cox 6'7" | SF AZ Compass Prep | 2024 State AZ who is a no brainer D1 kid, just gonna sit and wait to see where he goes.
