Devin Brown Devin Brown 6'7" | PF Milwaukee Academy Of Science | 2025 State #196 Nation WI — PF — Milwaukee Academy Of Science
It isn’t hard to see why Brown is ranked as one of the top prospects in Wisconsin’s 2025 class. The 6-foot-7 power forward owns skills that many prospects his age couldn’t dream of owning. Around the basket, Brown has the potential to be a dominate force. He doesn’t shy away from contact and is often able to make layups through heavy contact. If Brown continues to improve and develop, I think that he has top five potential in WI’s 2025 class.
Jamarion Batemon Jamarion Batemon 6'3" | CG Milwaukee Academy of Science | 2025 State #174 Nation WI — SG — Milwaukee Academy Of Science
I really enjoyed watching Batemon compete on Thursday. The shooting guard is long, athletic, and skilled. When he has the ball in his hands, Batemon is a threat to score from everywhere. He can use his tight handle and explosive first step to blow by defenders and finish at the rim. Or, Batemon can stay on the perimeter and knock down outside shots. I would recommend that college programs keep an eye on Batemon moving forward.
Trevor Polite Trevor Polite 6'6" | SF Homestead | 2025 State WI — SF — Homestead
It looked like Homestead was going to fall to MAS on Thursday. Polite had other plans. With his team trailing by two, Polite drained a deep three as time expired. I thought that Polite did some great things in the win. The small forward certainly raised his stock. The 6-foot-4 small forward was really good around the hoop. I thought that he did an outstanding job of using his size and strength to finish layups.
Elijah Thorton — SF — Milwaukee Academy Of Science
Thorton was all over the place on Thursday night. The small forward blocked shots, knocked down outside shots, dominated as a rebounder, and overall played with a ton of effort. When Thorton was on the court, MAS played with a lot of energy and purpose.
Chris Djurasovic Chris Djurasovic 6'8" | PF Homestead | 2023 State WI — F — Homestead
I think that it is time we start talking about Djurasovic as one of the better players in the state. The forward has been underrated for far too long. On Thursday, Djurasovic played well. From the opening tip, the Homestead prospect was aggressively attacking. Using his size and touch, I thought that the forward did a nice job of finishing difficult layups.
Agape Keys Jr. — PG — Milwaukee Academy Of Science
I think that Keys has developed into a real sleeper in Wisconsin’s 2025 class. I was really impressed with the point guard’s game on Thursday. He is a smooth scorer who can slash to the rim effectively. He also has a smooth jumper from beyond the arc. With still plenty of time to develop as a player, Keys is a prospect I look forward to tracking.
Solomon Garrison Solomon Garrison 5'10" | PG Homestead | 2023 State WI — PG — Homestead
I didn’t think that Garrison performed at his best in the first half. The point guard just couldn’t seem to get into a rhythm. However, the script was flipped in a major way in the second half. The point guard drained a couple of outside shots and didn’t look back. When he is at his best, Garrison is a dangerous scorer and effective facilitator. Garrison’s play in the second half was one of the major reasons why Homestead was able to earn the victory.
